Great show. I am a Winnipegger, Hockey lover, and also a trained health coach, so I really appreciated many aspects of this conversation. It's so well done.
Very good coaching skills here. Love your style of coaching ans conversing. Relaxed. Open. Transparent. Honest. Holding space safely without judgement. Taking a look at shadow self. Owning your mistakes. Being humble. Going through growth. I feel many can learn so much from this. Leadership takes open mind. Open kind heart. Compassion. Being humble. As well as courage and confidence.
Great leaders listen to others and admit when they are wrong. And put the big picture first of an organization. Not self-centered or self indulgent.
So happy to see them both doing well and working with others, using their skills. This is what makes me appreciate sports as a whole. It teaches leadership, dedication, hard work, communication, and being able to take criticism. Good skills for life.

Great interview. Two very professional athletes who left their mark on a small northern community. Much appreciated.

Blake was an absolute gem in Winnipeg. Too bad it ended that way. O7

Both Andrew Ladd and Blake Wheeler were amazing captains coming from a Jets fan.
