- This is not the size of an actual dinosaur, but the size within Ark Survival.
(Based on devkit. It feels bigger than in-game, but it was measured almost accurately. The dung beetle is a joke)
(It's the length from head to tail. It's not height.)
Evolved creatures will appear, and we plan to produce a DLC version in the future.

It is based on length, not height. in game dinosaur size is different real world size.

Evolution
There was much more oxygen in the primordial air-soup. At one point ~ and this was what allowed these insects to grow into those enormous sizes ~ approximately 280 million years ago, the atmosphere peaked at around 35% oxygen and was far more dense than it is now, with O2 levels much reduced at 21%

The Broodmother Lysrix is a large spider and spiders are not bugs but rather arachnids. Technically, the Dung Beetle is the third largest bug in Ark only smaller than the Mantis which is the second largest bug but smaller than the Arthroplurea.

I don’t know about the other creatures, but the size of the horse seems accurate. Even after seeing a size comparison, most people still don’t seem to fully grasp how big they are until they actually meet one up close, especially when you start talking about draft breeds. I’ve even met one person who was genuinely surprised when I told her that the shetland pony she was riding wasn’t a Clydesdale.

I didn't realize how big the tuso actually is I always thought the mosa is bigger and imagine putting a hesperoronis almost as tall as you on your shoulder.

It’s a game that dosent try to be limited by realism they wanted another large predator and they didn’t want it to be identical to the Rex so they scaled it up

Finally someone who showed true size of spinosaurus
I started playing ark in the south zone 2 if I am not mistaken, and I shit myself with the sarcas of the region because my speed status was just the base and the stamina too, escaping from it was kind of difficult even on land. and I was impressed with the size of the dowels, now I'm really amazed how I already find the size of the dowels normal and such

The Giant bee isn’t the size of a dodo, it’s the size of your head
King Pixelliser the queen is 1.3m long, the drones you see around the nest are the size of your head
Ook.... I was just giving an example of the Queen Bee but your probably right, I’ve never actually encountered one in the game.
