Farmers Market Week - 2022

It's #FarmersMarketWeek! Farmers markets don't just happen.
It takes a whole lot of time, energy, and (literal) heavy lifting by farmers, market managers, staff, and volunteers to bring a farmers market to life - rain or shine.
We interviewed vendors in Philadelphia at Farm to City's Rittenhouse Farmers Market and The Food Trust's Headhouse Market to learn about some of the work that goes on behind the scenes to make markets convenient for customers and successful for farms. They also shared what makes farmers markets so special.
