All the songs I have done videos on, I have added to a playlist so far and listen to them whenever I get the chance. I can't wait until I have done all the videos so the playlist can grow bigger! 😂
Drink it in, maaaaannn! Glad you didn’t make the list on this one. I think even Neil Armstrong would be impressed with their use of space. Like you said, contrasts. Dark and light, heavy and soft, noise and space, they all work together to make the other more impactful. I love a good blast beat as much as the next guy, but give me contrasts within a groove any day. I want to say II is playing either 5 over 4 or 4 over 3 on that last section and even that contrast from your usual straight-ahead 4/4 makes things so much more interesting. I’m a drummer and you’d think I’d know, but counting, schmounting. It just sounds killer. I think you can see why I said One is a bit of an outlier in their catalog. Trust me, you’re on the fast track to some mind-blowing stuff now. As great at Jericho is, you’re nowhere near their ceiling yet, if they even have one. Loving these videos, maaaaan!
😂😂 no CLB's in here! I see you have jokes today sir! I can really see the creativeness coming out in this EP and (from personal experience) I think it is the collaboration. II coming on board seems like it helped Vessel come out of his creative shell a little more. I could be wrong, but hey ho! I am a traditional guitarist so talking time sigs to me is like a foreign language 😂 I can get a feel and adjust/fit in with the sig but if you tell me it and expect me to just do it, that isn't happening! Seeing your enthusiasm for this band's early songs makes me think that you are going to be utterly blown away by the time you get to Euclid, the last song on Take Me Back To Eden. Don't worry about being 30 and only just discovering Sleep Token. I'm 59 and still discovering new bands and music. I believe the next one should be Jaws. Jaws is the song that introduced me to Sleep Token back in 2018. It's another banger! Stay safe 🤘 ✌️

Nice reaction. I love the way the space in these songs make you feel sort of giddy, like with anticipation. Because you know that breakdown's going to come eventually or you are hoping it will lol.😅 The next two songs, Jaws and the way that you were, are really good. Vessel has only done a few actual videos instead of visualizers, but he's in the way that you were singing and you can just see the pain and the passion he has. I've been watching every bit of concert footage I can, and I am just blown away with how good they are live. So depressed I cannot see them live yet, not until they at least get close enough to where a three or four drive wouldn't be too out of the way. Anyway great journey so far, look forward to the rest.
