I irrevocably concur, as one who who understands large vannacular descriptions it was "home" I found to be most accurate and relatable. Its also nice to see someone else with a functioning vocabulary.

I ask myself this every time I listen to him. Honestly, he is one of the most underrated artists I can think of right now. His voice so absolutely amazing and his lyrics….he’s been an absolute favorite of mine for a few years and it kills me all the black faces I get when I mention him.
I just saw him live and acoustic for the first time since being a fan for several years. I found out about the show coincidentally when I was grieving my mom on her birthday. I met a stranger playing his song on the jukebox. Something told me to Google MM and I learned about a show a couple hours away in 3 days. The whole show I was overwhelmed with the feeling of my mom there with me and now I can’t listen to Matt without crying. And I already got emotional from his music before that. 😩 It kills me the whole world doesn’t know how amazing his music is.
My gosh this just broke me. The thing about Matt's voice is there have been days when it was the only steady thing I knew. Other days the lyrics just make me fall apart when I thought I was keeping it together. Either way, it makes me feel less alone.
