Round Sheffield Run 2024 - Stage 1

259th Finisher out of 2844 and 65th in VM40
Back to the Round Sheffield Run for the 3rd time, a great event with some stunning scenery to run through, a cooler day than the previous events.
Tried to keep moving on most of the stages, but did have to slow down to a walk on some of the longer, steeper hills, though quite happy with the sprint finish, managing to get under 60seconds and only 11 seconds behind the fastest time on the stage (and 58 places)!

Well done for doing the run.
I live not far from where you were running so know it well... though the idea if running it seems madness lol.

It's the category that I fall into at the moment, it's Veteran Male, 40-44 yrs old, for a few more weeks, at least!
There are some nice trails and paths around this route, but I agree, it does feel like madness trying to run some of them 🤣
