- Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis added more wins to his agenda targeting the LGBTQ+ community as a state board approved an expansion of what critics call the "Don't Say Gay" law Wednesday, and the House passed bills on gender-transition treatments, bathroom use and keeping children out of drag shows.

Time for schools to teach kids subjects they will actually NEED to succeed in life. Mathematics, English (Language Arts), Social Studies (American History), Science (Biology, Chemistry,etc,), Economics, Foreign Languages, Music, and Art.. Maybe even bring back Shop Class, Home Economics, and Driver's Education, like when I was in high school in the 1980s. Subjects that will benefit kids in their future careers and in LIFE.

I understand prohibiting promotion of gender ideology...but why prohibit discussion of sexual orientation?
@@sullivanbiddle9979 that makes sense...but history and literature classes in high school should be able to discuss LGB matters in appropriate ways. Gay and lesbian people are authors and played important roles in history.

Don't let them think they will win...just legally change your name. I had a guy in my class that changed his name and administration had to send out a memo saying that from this day on we must abide by this name change just like we would for an adoption, marriage or any other reason and everyone will refer to this student by this new name.

Subject went believe what ever you want but if someone feels they should have confidence and know that's what they wanted it would be different. If a gender desides to switch or be a cat or robot or what ever. It all comes down to influence and personal choice. I liked posion metal band when I was young and thought spiked hair would be cool. but fads come and goes. This is an example of a trend or mixed phycology from one person to another. If one person isn't happy about the way they are or feel them as humans and emotional states it's gotten way to far with this. If a person decides to be eve and not Steve it's a personal choice. Keep giving your kids that gdamm hormone and estrogen you be fked up too. If you do something that's not you decession based on a personal choice than you are influenced!! Not enough attention at home!! Now you have it!! Simple as that. Im not even being discriminating it just fact's and simple natural placement. I've always been open to some surgeries like if a girl can have implants and make her confidence go up or get fat sucked out of your ass. Hell even a lil filling in the pillow. To want to completely abandoned what you are equipped with and then feel suicidal? C'mon people wake up !! It absolutely has been and is being taught. Teachers are reporting this and I've seen it in my own community.
Teach kids subjects that they will need in life . Stop teaching gender ideology in school . What kids or parents want to teach there kids at home is there business that stuff dont belong in schools period . There was a teacher that was teaching about gender identity in school and got fired . I mean get back to teaching no wounder other countries are getting more advanced mean will in America “class today we will be learning about pronouns “🤦♀️🙄. Teachers don’t have any authority anymore that’s the problem. Teachers are there to teach if the teacher is over stressed how is that good for your kid it’s not .
