Due to a health scare in 2017, we decided to start enjoying life more outside our business. We bought a Lodge on the east coast of England and started vlogging our daily adventures

Wow that cottage is amazing! I love it. So cosy. The kitchen is light and airy. I need to live there. I’d spend all the cold autumn and winter evenings curled up on the sofa with a book with the log fire burning. Pure bliss 💜💜

Sue my wife, and me, were enjoying binge watching some of your vlogs that we had missed, and find you guys were in our area. My son Tom goes to Lathom high school and we live in Skelmersdale. I was so peed off we missed the chance to say hello. We were 2 miles from your cottage. I can’t believe how many years you guys have been part of our lives. It’s been so long since I sent you the portraits of you both. It seems like only yesterday that I sent you the Mickey paintings that I did for you, but again it was years ago. Can't believe you were 5 mins away from my house. We go to Top Locks every weekend on a canal boat. You look like you had a fab time. Love the 2 of you so much. Enjoy New York . Xx

Lathom is so pretty! My son fishes at the fishery there all summer! 😊

Savannah is a great place to visit. The tree lined streets are beautiful and grab a picnic and sit by the river watching all the huge container ships going by. Also, there are dolphin watching trips that are well worth it, saw loads of them jumping in the boats wake

The Airbnb does look really nice and cozy. I’m personally not a fan of hot tubs, but clearly you all enjoyed it, and that’s what matters.
I love it when you guys explore different places in the UK, its all new to me and I love the historic areas.

Broadway at the Beach
Barefoot Landing
Broadway at the Beach will make you feel like you are at Disney Springs. It's just like that.
Barefoot Landing is a smaller version in the North Myrtle Beach area. Not as busy at times.
Want to stay a night or two. Check out Caravelle Resort. Doesn't have other resorts next door like mostly all do. And you can get really good prices. I always book a Oceanview and they usually give me a really good deal upgrading to Oceanfront at check in desk.

😱 if I had known you where going there I could have met you too . I live about 10 mins away . My sister in law used to own the Ship Inn pub that you wher at too and we spent many a weekend there and sitting outside by the canal . Southport is not what it used to be sadly , but still ok to walk down the beach and have some fish n chips. Bistro Pierre is nice just on Lord street . As is the tea rooms which you would love ! It’s called Westminster Tea rooms and proper old fashioned vintage place . Enjoy your trip .
Those wood fired hot tubs are ace, we have one, the knack is to pack the furnace with wood and it burns a lot hotter and heats water quicker. Your defo right they are well worth the wait :)

Myrtle Beach can get wild, depending on if its Spring break or Motorcycle week. It gets packed.
Boys! Top locks is 15 minutes away from where I live! I’d have took you out for lunch ❤ hope you had a lovely time ❤️

Will you be getting a wood burning hot tub for the lodge or are they not worth the wait to heat up?
Took a long time to get going but it was lovely when it was all fired up. We have a communal hot tub on site so we use that
