Bins ,every where ,not much else provided by their councils ,so it seems.
Still it looks far more inviting ,than ,many inner cities in the states.

If they built their streets narrower, they might have been able to afford to pave all of them and maybe even add pedestrian walkways. This place is super depressive and the worst thing is it's in the middle of nowhere.
