round 7 and 8 are still slow, but im getting there. i do like changing the 1 in the last combo (2123) with a perreira jab, ie a concealed straight left leaving the opponent guessing if i go high or low. I have to cause after the post i do a slip left for the two, which turns my body perfect for the concealed 1. i had real problems with the post untill i remembered the tyrone spong vs duut fight, so now i use my left (in the post) as a measurement tool to set up my 21(23). great workout as always senpai. osu!!!
It's going to depend on your intensity, weight and overall fitness, best to get a heart rate monitor and track by that method. For me it's about 20-30 calories every 3 minutes.
great video but very confusing for someone who been training with the bas rutten training cd since 2005, I am used to 2-3-4 guess its a learning curve. Will try this video looks really amazing
