Inart really are next level, not just with the their outstanding likenesses, proportions and great hair, but also the tailoring, quality of the materials for the clothes and accessories, the superior bodies (more weighty, robust, better articulation), the quality of their artboxes, again sturdy, and also a work of art: Gandalf's might be the nicest box I've ever seen.
I will never understand it either. I think it has to do with brand loyalty, I just don’t see why you can’t at least appreciate the artistry. But people can have opinions. Thanks for watching!

I would be more than happy with the pair, but knowing that for an extra £400 I can get another two outstanding figures, it kind of feels like a no brainer; two figures for £500 each, or four at £340 each. When you're paying £1000, £1400 doesn't seem that much more, if that makes any sense? My only concern would be the size of the box and finding the display space for the quartet.

I’m struggling so hard with this one. I’m definitely in the camp of really wanting the red suit but would pass on the rest if possible. They are all AMAZING but know I would end up regretting the 4 pack. The 2 pack would feel like paying the $1300 just for the red suit because I have zero interest in displaying Arthur. I’m leaning towards pass because I’m worried the guilt or regret over the $$ will get in the way of looking forward to and enjoying the figure. This Joker is my favorite even boosted Ledger out of the top spot for me. Such a bummer the license requires the 1k price tag.

While the bathroom figure is amazing, I could be in the minority but I love the choice of Arthur fleck in the shelf than any other one for the pair. They are complete opposites and show the beginning and end of the film. I don’t like having two figures that are too similar so this is a win win for me. 2 pack all day!!!
I thought I was the only who thought this. Having Arthur paired with the Joker is akin to having Bruce Banner accompanying the Hulk, Clark with Superman, Bruce with Batman etc. The before and after. Factor in the photorealism of the Arthur figure, imo it's the most accurate of the 4 figures, and like you said, it's a win, win.

I suppose you can find the film depressing if you believe what you saw was really Arthur's story, his reality. The film can be perceived in so many ways, and it's this ambiguity which makes the film so great imo. Another take could be that the Joker made up absolutely everything we saw in the film, one of many bs stories he gives to his therapists in Arkham. Or maybe Arthur is not the Joker at all, an abused child, one who read many Batman comics (and was inspired by the Joker). Perhaps he fused his comic book fantasies with his harsh reality in order to escape his suffering. What about this - given the age gap between Arthur and young Bruce (Arthur would be in his mid-sixties by the time Bruce grows up), it may be a case of Arthur not being the real Joker, but instead serving as the inspiration for the future clown prince of crime? An inspiration for Ledger's Joker?? ...... So many possibilities.

i see no issues with the price given the quality of the offerings. for InArt i understand the paywall and trying to nudge folks to go after the 4-pack, which probably presents the best value, given four rooted hair figures. for me personally though i'm I don't care enough for this particular film and iteration of the character to pull the trigger. however no denying the artistry so hope all who purchase love this when they get it.
I'm very pleased with the Deluxe set, so I'll be going with that. A year is a long time to save up, so I can do it I think. I was actually kind of meh on the idea, but the regular Fleck figure made me really happy. We've never gotten a "civilian identity" figure for The Joker, so that makes this pretty unique in my eyes.

Just think, no other distributor will have the rights to this license because it's just too damn expensive. This will keep its value, and it's fucking glorious. Probably one of the best figure likenesses ever made. It's a no brainer for me, the 4-pack. Art is subjective, but this is very eye-grabbing.

I’m getting the 4 pack because I absolutely love this film. When I saw the bathroom scene Joker I was in complete awe. I actually really like the clown doctor figure as well, the only one I don’t care for is the Aurthor Fleck actually. Any way, I am super hyped and can’t wait for this release. It might be the end all be all for me.

@5:29, I'm in complete agreement. The portrait is a 10/10 if ever there was one. I see absolutely nothing wrong with it from a likeness standpoint. With all due respect to Will, I hope to God Inart don't listen to him, because this new sculpt is far superior to the previous one which was shown, in particular around the eyes. This is Joaquin, the other one was his stunt double.
Figures look incredible but he's not important enough of a character for me to get the 4 pack and I can't justify paying the deluxe price if one of the figures is Arthur Fleck, like you said he just doesn't have the shelf presence
They were smart in splitting it up the way they did on their end. If they made the red suit version and the dancing scene version in a two pack, it would be the one that sold. So putting it behind a paywall was the only way.

I'll bite on the clickbait. Yes it is expensive, but it's not a cash grab. This isn't one of those videogame "remasters", which in reality is a port, involving very little work, with a resolution boost and a ridiculous price tag. Granted, it's harsh for those who only wanted to buy one figure, but consider the following: 1. Inart probably paid a lot for the license. 2. These four figures must have cost a small fortune in R & D. 3. While the sets are expensive, it's not like they are taking the piss - we're getting great quality and quantity, especially with the four pack. This is in sharp contrast with what JND are giving us with their 1/6 Joker. 4. From what I gather, Inart's hands were tied. They could only have the license if they charged $1000 for the figure, and so if this was truly a cash grab, Inart would have given us far less for the money, i.e. one figure for a grand and two for $1400, with far fewer accessories/no dioramas etc to boost their margins.
