i am show about making powerful cnc machine with homemade. this machine working with 3 axis. the machine making lot of components needed. the machine based on working grbl.

please share 3d printed files
the most important thing is setting up drivers and programs, connecting the board and wires.... not a word about this in the video... assembling the hardware is not important.... hype video makes no sense
As someone who has build a 3d printed cnc... hardware and architecture matter the most... electronics are the easiest part. Especially if you know anything about how electronics work.
Cncs are not thst special tbh, the hardware and how you set up the machine are critical though.

If you don't use ball screws the backlash will lead to inaccuracy. If tolerances are not that important then regular lead screws will do ok.

The motors support all the axial load. There aren't axial supports and ball bearing... Mmm...

Que programa se usa para controlarlo y donde encuentro lo que se necesita de electronica...
Interesting take on the classic design but looks more like a quick knock-off with widely available hardware rather than a proper build. Done one myself and need to make a few points:
the lead screws should have backlash nuts and springs,
you did not use any washers with the bolts on the plastic parts, the contact surface is too small and can cause cracks,
for a palm router, I'd add axial trust bearings on the motors between the coupling and the motor flange, also 10mm rods on the Z axis
the lead screws should be mounted on bearings on both sides with shims and lock collars
if anyone attempts to build this, I'd suggest to print from ASA, or, PETG at the least. PLA is just not good enough,
don't forget you're dealing with some serious torque here, it's not a 775 motor!!! I've a bunch routers in my wood-shop from 700W to 2kW, I know 1st hand how they can kick back really hard
DO NOT FORGET to wire up the EMERGENCY STOP switch!!!

why did you wire the nema17 motor to the shield driver versus the nema 23 motors to the external drivers? (Power draw?)
Why order 3 external drivers if you only use 2? Why buy 3 A4988 drivers if you only use 1?

The fixed end must be attached to the bearing seat with a screw and a set screw to make sure that it is the bearing which takes up all the load, not the motor. The bearings in the motor are not made for the job and you will get serious accuracy issues if your screw is just attached to the motor, and the motor will also be destroyed pretty fast.
not sure what you mean here, that Makita router is used on nearly every small Workbee or clone by the hobby cnc community and it fairs quite well from what I haveseen if you use good bits. there are other issues as this is just a beefed up 3018 with larger steppers but if you take care of the backlash and dump theT nuts for nuts and bolts and bolt the whole thing down it should work quite well on wood I would think?

why do you need the big black stepper drivers if i already have the a4988 drivers on the cnc shields?🤔
he is using the shield to ged the signal out for big drivere. But: Why does he need the a4988 drivers when he is using the big ones? (and i keep seeing this trend all over the yt)

key chucks are not safe at the speed of a CNC machine. A good CNC spindle will easily rotate at 30 ,000 RPM and at that speed you need security @@omsingharjit

Good job. But I couldn't understand why plate is movable to back and forward?!! For more room and more area, rotor should be movable to back and forward.
becuase its quicker and easier to build this way, you dont need belts and carriages to move the X and Z gantry motor back and forth, its also a lot cheaper this way.

Did not like it. Object was not shown clearly. Connection to the controller not clear, what kind of stepper motor and what type of stepper motor controller is used, what program is downloaded, many whats are missing in this video. All your efforts ended in smoke.
its not a beginner video , it assumes a lot , you do need some experience so research CNC and youll soon find out how to do it and what is needed, the video was designed to give inspiration and motivation I expect.
