I have ridden Jacobs and most things in the peaks hundreds of times since about 1986. Predominantly and with preference we had ridden up Jacobs and down the other side... More for descending time and brutality. I have been down Jacobs a number of times too, the most dodgy time when the streams had frozen solid and visibility was 10 yards or so. I have only ever cleared Jacob's uphill a few times, and that seemed to be dependant on time of year and conditions, and I was a lot younger. Thank you for bringing it back to me, it's been a long time. My body will not let me do those things anymore, so thank you for a brilliant video. Cheers 😊
@@mtbradar certainly is! Always try and do the tour at least twice a year, it has the bonus of running really well even in winter 👍 (apart from the first part of Rushup before the sunken road obviously 😜)

Really captured the openness and sense of adventure in the peaks man, another great collab man thanks for the invite 👌👌👌
No problem!! Thanks for coming out for a big day of filming. Brilliant riding as always!
Loved the video. Keep them coming.
Subscribed already.
Thank you so much!!
Ridden and recorded that route loads over the years. Fair to say that you've made it look truly epic. Great video and top riding from Bruce.
It's an awesome ride isn't it 🤙 Thanks a lot!
Cheers boss 👌 she’s a classic loop

Back in the day with Judy's and rigid rear - the DOGS BLX3 - got down with a Roberts DBx 3 no foot down - thanks Chas
Great clip mate - really enjoyed the edit
Thank you so much! Glad you liked it
Great edit mate, loved that 👍
Thank you!!
Unreal video 🤙
Thank you!
Great vid! Have you got a strava account so I could see the route?
Thank you! I've added the route to the video description 🙂
Great VLOG mate👍
Thanks!!
Cool edit, going down doesn't pick up the terrain as much as being filmed riding towards the camera.
Thanks! Yeah GoPro footage doesn't often give the trail justice
This is considered mountain bike riding? We'd call this a gravel ride where I live 😄
I would love to see someone go down Jacobs ladder on a gravel bike 😂
Not true without a vid.
If you hit this route with speed on a gravel you will die 😂 cheers for the comment 👍
