That’s technically a one bedroom apt broken up into a 3 bedroom by splitting one room in the back into 2 bedrooms and taking away the living room eating area and putting doors to make it a 3rd bedroom with a tiny Juliet balcony. Plus it’s a walk-up. Over $5,000 a month. That’s insane. No bueno!!!!!
I say it's a two bedroom apartment because the room that has the kitchen is also the dining room and the room with the small balcony is the living room.
We had three bedrooms, one bath, for all six of us growing up. We managed, but sometimes there was a line by the bathroom. However, one bathroom would not work for three roommates.
5500 bucks for this... Why is the floor space never quoted? Because it just highlights how ridiculously low the viability is for a unit of this kind? This is ridiculous. You can buy a house and hire a driver to take you to work every day for that.

Exactly what I was going to say. Those makeshift bedrooms don't impress me, and it's 4 or 5 floors up.
I was thinking the same thing! Also no elevator? $5000? No Thanks! Greedy mugs!
Yep.. They ruined it.. And they can keep the stairs.
I love this video because it makes me appreciate the space in my very modest 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.

For $5500 a month. One can buy a $650,000 property for 1% down if $6,500. 😂
Very nice!
In california you can get a mansion for that amout
Way too much for 3/1...micro kitchen. But, awesome floors!

Bathroom is a joke with it being exposed to living room/kitchen
Yeah poisonous meals when poop climbs out of the toilet and walks into the kitchen and jumps in the casserole. Grow up!!
lived in a house yrs ago with a bathroom in the kitchen
Stop calling fire escapes balconies 🤦🏿♀️
There were no stairs leading away from the balcony so learn the difference between balconies and fire escapes!
😂 GFY no wonder it's empty even with a glut of vacancies
Always Stairs and Hardwood Floors Yes
nice apt, except for the rent
For 5500 you gonna give me a real kitchen
Pretty nice apartment, except the rent is too high & too many stairs. Don't like top apartments, especially without elevators!!!
like it!
I made the kitchen and first bedroom living room and dining area.
Where is the living room

I would have to live alone there
These apartments are so tiny
At best that’s a two bedroom
Is that hallway looking area near the kitchen the living room?
Rooms seem quite dark
No elevator for over $5K. Hard pass
where's bedroom 1?
Watch the video again!
Tap dancing again I hear.
Y las escaleras????
very interesting .....
Yep … it sucks
You better be really healthy to live there. Beautiful Apt tho.
Oh thrill … only $5,500 to live in a walk up … silly moving to the suburbs
No way!!!!
micro rooms
Ome bathroom 3 bedrooms ..crowded.
I bathroom won't work in a 3 bedroom
