    (Re)learn Rope Flow with me in a unique way.
    🌀Join Matador Mastery 2.0, my 6-week online group/cohort course focused on building flow skills bottom-up. We’ll dig into the Matador system to learn mechanics (based on WeckMethod), variations, rope control, transitions, footwork (lots) and tricks.
    🌀The course starts in September and is suited for *dedicated* practitioners of all levels.

    Thank you, sir, for sharing your impressive skills and also for offering a discount for the OG 14 mm from Winding Ropes!

    Another fantastic video. Thanks for sharing! I have learned many skills so far but to do the combination with all the transitions possible is still very difficult for me. Do you offer courses or videos about how to combine different skills with one another? Best greetings from Germany!

      @@canetraining I don’t have any pre-recorded courses, but I offer virtual and in person coaching, workshops and group/cohort courses. At the moment I’m running Matador Mastery, which is a six week course focused on pattern variations, steering, transitions and footwork.
      Most of my students are interested in transition and footwork skills, seems that’s the missing link.

    Just bought one from you today. My goal is to get one from all the reputable sellers to experience the differences. So far ive got a Spiral rope, a Slush rope, (an amazon rope) and a home made..But yours is my first heavy rope. Got the Baby Black shark. Im 5,4 126lbs. I dont use the home made anymore or the amazon rope, but the other each have different qualities..i find when i want to play i use the slush, when im trying to learn a new patterns i use the Spiral. Its stiffer and responds more predictively. If that makes sense. I love when im all warmed up and i can really getting swinging. Looking forward to some more heft to the rope. Nicely compliments my kettlebell, mace and steel club workouts, (im 62 btw). Still working out hard.

      @@Bunnykisses1000 I just wanted to clarify that I don’t own the Winding Ropes brand. They send me ropes to review and try out. I’m happy to promote them because they’re a community-driven brand that sells high quality ropes👍
      I’m glad that you get to try the Baby Shark, it will serve you well!
      I use heavy ropes to polish my technique and timing. But like you, I use lighter and stiffer ropes for learning new things.

      @@AlpacaFlow thanks for clarifying..so do you sell your own? I see a collaboration with slushropes…or is that the Winding ropes as well.? Thanks, love watching you flow.

      @@Bunnykisses1000 I don’t sell any ropes but I do collaborate with brands occasionally. Slush and I ran a 30 day campaign with my signature ropes back in late 2023.

    I keep seeing these videos on rope flow but have no idea what do they actually do ??

      Full body low impact exercise that promotes functional mobility and balance. Also works the brain as a sort of physical puzzle. The one way to satisfy your curiosity is to pick up a rope and start swinging the barrier to entry is extremely low.

    I understand that you've tried around 50 ropes in about 4 years. Do you think the cost of the ropes is worth-the-while? Do you run into customs fees when you import them from Australia, for example? Thank you for sharing your expertise.

    • @AlpacaFlow
      @AlpacaFlow  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@CanisNiger yes customs and shipping fees are a consideration when ordering from abroad/overseas.
      I can't answer if it's worth it because that depends on your financial situation and personal preference and how much you value good tools for your practice.
      It's worth it for me, bit I wouldn't recommend splurging on brand ropes to someone who's just starting.

    Is 5 lbs too heavy?

    • @AlpacaFlow
      @AlpacaFlow  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@LouisRossignol-t7r It's too heavy for beginners and people who haven't progressively built their technique and tissues. It's not too heavy for skilled practitioners with conditioned joints
