good info on setting the roll pin without flaring it, thanks
I use a slave pin to hold the assembly in the lower while I drive the pin .
My problem was when the roll pin hit the second ear it seemed to catch the edge of the hole and did not want to keep going. I took it back out, ground the end of the roll pin so it had more of a taper and then it went in.
