This movie looks so good. Interesting that DK got the Fire Flower ability. It would be cool if we could play as DK in a mainline Super Mario game so that we could see DK with the various abilities.
This might become my favorite animated movie of all time if it lives up to the potential that we are seeing in these beautiful and great trailers!!! 💯👏🏼
So far, my best early compliments I can give this movie right now is the animation, the music, the references and Easter eggs from other classic Mario games that blend in into the worldbuilding itself for this Mario universe is just fantastic in my opinion. I'm absolutely going to see this movie when it comes out. 👍 P.S, I swear to God they better like give out a cool post-credits scene at the end for a sequel.

@@RogersBase yes lumalee is the blue one, aka the shop person that gives Mario a one up or an extra life. Luma is the one that sticks with Mario through the entire Mario galaxy game that helps Mario transport through different worlds. I just kinda feel sad when people say luma instead of lumalee but I understand that lumalee is very less known but lumalee is the name yes

I found it funny that Mario absolutely did not want to grab a bike after he lost his first cart, so he had to tan the guy into another cart and then take that. (For those that don’t know bikes in MK8 are notoriously difficult to handle)
Considering Lumas' fate is to "die" to become Power Stars, planets and even galaxies I'd say the personality they gave to this one fits (by the way yes please to Rosalina, even just a brief appearance to tease a sequel)! The attention to detail in this movie and its marketing is insane... I can't wait to watch the full movie!
this movie looks amazing! Idk what to watch it in...the Japanese voice sounds anime, and the French one sounds on point with cannon mario sounds. english is carried by jack black good times regardless!

The bounce on the koopa to make the green shell gave me chills. The sound, the use of the shell just like in the game... they nailed it!
