Cracking. I’m just over that Himalayan ridge in Kasol-flying back to the uk on 23rd. Try and get to the Parvati Valley if you can, Kasol rocks. Were/are you staying in Sky Pie? It’s just opp that temple & my favourite hotel in Kangra district.

Hey! Sounds awesome! We were indeed staying at Sky Pie. Other than it being a bit chilly, we really liked it. Staff were lovely and such a peaceful setting.

Hey! We were there in November. We can recommend it, though a lot of the hotels don’t have heating and it was very cold at night. Didn’t spoil our time there though. The freshness helped in keeping us cool on our walks. Hope you have a fabulous trip.

If you are visiting north or west india then visit in winter as summer is too hot and temp go around 45-50 Celsius.. south and east visit in monsoon which will give u amazing view of jungles and mountains and NORTH-East(special permission needed) visit anytime in year as they are perfect around entire year.. my state Gujarat goes into shutdown on every summer afternoon 😂

Hi, thanks for your comment. Firstly, we are aware of the pain and suffering inflicted on India by British colonialism and the affect that it has had even to this day. We appreciate that not many in the UK are aware and you’re right to point this out. The thumbnail was designed to play on people’s preconceptions of India. Our motivation in making videos is to show people the diversity and beauty of modern-day India and to change those preconceptions. We realise that the thumbnail is open to misinterpretation though, so we’ve adjusted it. Thanks again for your feedback.
