    I would think the EcoFlow would get rid of heat better because of vents on 2 sides.
    2 years more warranty means a LOT to me.
    On Amazon today the EcoFlow is 37% off, it’s $1199. March 30, 2024.
    Thanks for the good review.
    I think I’m going with the Delta 2 regular… it weighs 27 pounds,it’s 39% off today.👍

      The extra 2 years is VERY important to me as well! Glad I could help!

    Thanks for the video. All my EcoFlows are the first generation and my Delta Max 2000 with a AC to RV 30 amp adapter will power my Coleman Mach 2 13,000 BTU A/C without even using X-Boost on my Class B RV all the way to high cool. You just have to gradually increase the settings so that it does not exceed 15 amps. I'm wondering if the Oupes Mega 2 with the RV Plug will power the A/C on a 13,500 BTU unit. Also, do you know if you can charge it with A/C and DC at the same time?
    I am not a big fan of large inverters and the fact that it can drain the unit by 50% in 24 hours is disturbing and than can not really pull 2500 watts is a shame.
    I prefer the pecron E 1500 LFP. That is an impressive power bank. Thanks for sharing your information.

      Hey Shelley! I also agree with you on the power drain and the higher rated Oupes not able to produce more than 2500 Watts. It's supposed to be able to charge AC and DC at the same time, but I haven't tested that.
      A new issue I have had with the Oupes is with the app. Once the screen times out (which I set on the app for it not to do), it loses it's connection from the unit to the app. This is disturbing because I'm currently using it as a backup for my sump pump and I can't monitor it from afar. I have never had this issue with my Ecoflow units.
      I also have the Pecron E600LFP and agree, Pecron makes great units and the prices for them are pretty insane! Thanks for the comment!

    Thanks for the review. What are the 2 flashlights you have in the video? I really like the magnet style charging.

      They're Olight flashlights! Some of the best flashlights I've ever used. They usually have a sale once per month.

    I saw where you showed how long the Eco ran for but then when it came to tell us about the Oupes you went to talking about the handles. How long did that one run?

    • @EcoSolarReviews
      @EcoSolarReviews  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Been a few months since I made this video, but the Oupes ran a little longer than the EcoFlow. It's more efficient. App support is just gross though. If you will always be near the unit, and if you need that 30 amp socket. The Oupes is by far the better choice.

    how come you people that do this neglect the main reason people want generators in the first place , to hook up to a fridge to save the food. How well does it do that? Say on a 575watt fridge?

    • @EcoSolarReviews
      @EcoSolarReviews  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      That's a good question and would make for a good video as well which I'll do! As time has gone on I prefer Ecoflow over Oupes mainly for their app support. The Oupes is terrible in that regard and constantly loses connection.
      Now with the Ecoflow Delta 2 Max having a 2048Wh capacity, this means that if your fridge were to constantly run (which it doesn't), it would run for a little over 3 hours before the station went dead. Now considering the average fridge's compressor kicks on and runs for about 30 minutes, that means you can double that number to roughly 6 hours.
      Now the thing with refrigerators, they're generally found in kitchens, and kitchens have windows. If it were a real emergency and all you had was the one power station and no expandable batteries, you could get a solar panel and stick it outside the window and have that simultaneously charge the unit while it's powering the fridge, which will ensure that your fridge will continue to run, not at optimal runtimes as the power station would eventually go to 0% but it would charge back up using the solar allowing the fridge to run again to keep it cooler than it would be with no power at all.
      Hope this helps and thanks for the idea to make a video for this! I'll be going out of town soon but I'll try to get this video recorded before I go!

    I prefer having to turn on the wi-fi, not only for power consumption, but also for security.

      That's a great point. However, I keep having issues with mine disconnecting from my app. Currently, I have the Oupes connected to my sump pump and it has disconnected, and now I have no clue whether my sump pump is getting power or not at my country property. I'll be swapping it out with the EcoFlow when I go back over there.

    How does the noise on the Oupes 2 compare to the ecoflow delta 2 max?

    • @EcoSolarReviews
      @EcoSolarReviews  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The Oupes is louder for sure! The biggest drawback for the Oupes is the lack of app support on Android devices and the fact that its app is bluetooth. If you don't need remote access to the unit, for the money, the Oupes is a better buy over the Delta 2. I haven't had any trouble out of it other than the app.

      @@EcoSolarReviews Are you aware of any solar generators similar in specs to ecoflow delta 2 max that are just as quiet? I'm looking for something where I can pass-thru charge an external 5 KWh battery through the solar part and at the same time use AC output.

    This thing can't handle 30amps with a 2500w limit, so that's false advertising.
