Hi, I have filled the launchpad with all details except bank account and have clicked authenticate. I have only one form named BVF.pdf to download. When i downloaded that and saw, it is not having few information in it(like permant address and all are blank ) inspite of being filled in launchap, do u have any idea? Is ur form also the same way

Does that show "Review In Progress" or "Attend Interview" ?
You can write to your HR saying that you have already attended the first level of interview but you have received a mail like this..
In case if you are not getting reply, it is better that you fill the form and reschedule the interview.. In that case, you'll get a chance to attend the interview and finally convey them about the issue that you have come across..

Number of attempts, its all fine, you can ignore them..
So, better you can reschedule for the interview, as you don't have their contact details..
If you are confident enough that you will be able to crack the interview again, then give it a try, else say to the interviewer that you have already cleared the interview but for some reason they have rescheduled it again.. Also continue saying that "However, I am ready to take the interview again, so lets start"..

Those fields are read-only, we won't be able to edit.
In case if you need any corrections on those fields, you will have to write to launchpad team with a relevant proof..

Bro, just a little clarification After I was shortlisted
Infosys took my technical round. I then finished the HR round, which included discussing my role and salary(HR offer Salary ). When I checked the Infosys portal, it showed that my decision was pending,
that my offer ID was 0 and my offer realisation was N. The decision pending move at level 5 is also yellow, with a message stating that it is pending for an interval review. Could you kindly advise me on rejection and selection?

When did you click on "Authenticate" button ?
Wait for at least 1 to 2 hours, you will get to see the "Re-Authenticate" button enabled..
Also make sure that you have modified the content in the launchpad before going to the Authenticate section..
I had authenticated 10 days ago after that i came to know that some details were missing immediately i updated information on same day. But still reauthentication is not working.

I am not sure about NATS registration Kiran..
but for salary account we must go for ICICI. Axis bank is limited to only few places..
If you've ICICI bank account you can share them, else they will create one for you on the time of joining..

You can write a mail to them stating that you did not receive the credentials for launchpad and so you were not able to perform any actions (accept)..
Along with that write a mail to them asking for an extension..

Yup provisional certificate comes under mandatory items..
But you have the option to select Yes/No, you can select know and say the reason why you do not have provisional ceritificate..

Hi, I'm experienced my DOJ is 11 Aug. I did not Authenticate yet because of Percentage issue, in Portal i gave them CGPA marks and in launchpad they converted to Percentage by multiplying it with 10 which is incorrect. I also don't have Passport. What will happen on Joining day if i don't Authenticate Launchpad details?

@@hishamabdullatheef5497 I have mailed to Launchpad team they did not said anything about percentage issue, for passport they said after joining we will give you some time to submit it. They asked to Authenticate the launchpad details soon, if you update anything after authenticate, you can reauthenticate multiple times even after joining. Today was my joining date and two very important document for onboarding were Resignation acceptance mail screenshot which has you LWD with previous company and Acknowledging of all statutory forms. If some documents are pending like NSR, you can update even after joining on launchpad.

Hello sir , I have done HSC and Diploma both.. in 10th std i have 67.60% ,in 12 th i have 54% , in Diploma I have 80% ,in Degree I have 84% ...now I have cleared interview round and selected for system engineer role.. so I want to know that In BGV round they can terminate me for criteria ???? Next step is that you must accept the offer in launchpad and upload few documents in it..
After uploading everything you would get an option to Initiate the BG verification check, for which you need to click on Authenticate button..
After that you Infosys will mail you the onboarding details before your joining date..

If it got synced to the launchpad then we have no other choice..
Else it is better that you leave the field empty.
They know that you're a fresher right ? So need not fill the work experience fields as you don't have the experience letter too, to prove that you've worked..
You can leave the PF empty as well. Let them provide you a new one..
And everything is based on the role that you've applied okay, remember that if you've applied for a beginner/fresher role, then experience/PF number would not be required, they may not expect one from you..
But if the role that you've applied for is in anyway related to experienced professional, then you'll have to prove your experience..

how to add sgpa in educational details because there are two options cgpa and percentage.
What to fill in obtained marks and max marks
I assume your question is not related to launchpad.
You are asking about the form that you have got after interview ?
There you can enter your CGPA/Percentage, SGPA is not required to be filled anywhere in launchpad or the other form.
You need to calculate all the marks that you've scored during your graduation and fill it in "Obtained Marks"..
Example assume that you have 14 subjects in 8 semesters, each subject carries 100 marks each, then "Max Marks" should be 1400 (14*100) and add all those marks that you have scored in those 14 subjects and fill it in "Obtained Marks"..
In case if yours is a grade system, you can then just mention as "Grade System" in those two columns and fill percentage/CGPA alone..

those fields will be pre-populated with the entries that we entered in career portal.. If you wanna edit those fields, you then will have to get in touch with your onboarding launch pad team member..

Even I am not sure about the TIN number, I will analyze and let you know..
For Infosys, ITPIN would be enough, you can leave the TIN field empty, as it is optional..
@Karthik J, I got it, there are two types of TIN,
one stands for "Transaction Identification Number" and the other stands for "Tax payer Identification Number"..
Since it is related to NSR, "Transaction Identification Number" is the one that we need to consider.. Such a number will be issued by POS (point of service), when you register for NSR in government office, those people will collect all your data and upload it onto the NSR portal, after collecting all the information from you, they will give you this TIN number as an acknowledgement..
After a while, once your data is uploaded onto the NSR, you would get the ITPIN..
Hope this resolves your query..
So we may not need TIN at any point of time if we are registering online by ourself..

My DOB in adhaar and certificates are not same so is there any problem with that.
You may not be able to update your DOB in marksheets or other certificates, so it is advised that you change the details in Aadhar as you have in any other docs/certificates, make sure all data are consistent across all proofs..
You may have valid reason behind you for the different DOB in Aadhar, but the BG verification team may not know about those reasons.
So try to correct your Aadhar at the earliest. You may have 6 months time until your probation period to prove your identity (if BG verification fails) ..
Hope nothing goes wrong, wishing you have a smooth transition..

How about consolidated marksheet ?
If you have consolidate marksheet then you don't have to worry about all semester marksheets..
You can submit either one of them..

I am currently selected for the role of system engineer at infosys.
In my second year, first sem I had backlog and in second year second sem i cleared those subjects. But after second sem exams i received combined marksheet of both sem and received first sem backlog marksheet. University didn't provide the seperate marksheet of cleared semester.
So if in bgv they asked my to upload marksheet sem wise then is it ok to upload the marksheet with dead backlog
You should upload consolidated marksheet. It is written in offer letter.

It is said that you will get an option to edit any fields after joining infosys. Infosys will open you an option to edit your information.
You will have to get in touch with HR to raise a change request, they will direct you to the launchpad team.
Also note that any changes in your DOB, email, education or work shall be edited only with a valid document proofs and within the probation period.

I received the offer letter today and my joining date is 3rd march. The problem is my application status is still showing under process in careers website. Does launch pad credentials come only after accepting offer letter..?

You will get the credentials ASAP..
few people yesterday has came across the same issue, please write to launchpad team, they will fix the issue and send you the credentials..

Don't worry. If you are above 60% they won't care for small percentage difference

If they wanna reject you, then they would have done it in the initial screening at the time of doc submission after interview.. or during the second screening before releasing the offer..
I hope that they won't reject after releasing the offer for this particular reason.. If they are doing it, then they are supposed to do even before offer release..

Heyy, my joining date was 7th March I joined on the first day but I mailed them that I want extension in doj they rejected my extension request and from that day I didn't received mail to join meeting. Does they reject the offer after rejecting the extension? bcz I'm not getting any mail from their side..

It is supposed to be in orange color, that's fine..
If you wish to join without any extension then please get in touch with your HR stating that you would like to join..
If you don't get any further replies, then better reach out to your campus and say them that you did not receive the link to join on the day of joining..
