Wish my man didn't underrate the meat so much. early game it's 3 gold for a permanent +5 attack, putting it on low damage units makes them punch way above their weight for a while
bet if you said that in twitch chat, you would be audited. let my man play his game
wisAI wish you didn't underrate my man's reasoning ability. He puts meat on high health units to punch through garlic armor and tanky units which means he obviously understands it better than you who puts it on low health units.

You should try the versus mode. Much more strategic and doesn't allow for the resetting to gain advantage which you hate. It's vs 8 where everyone has 6 lives and the last standing wins.

That second to last run is a man getting unhinged, I feel like I watched the descent into insanity
So, I've been playing this for a few days now and I keep getting stuck at 5 wins. So, I started experimenting and realized skunk is surprisingly good if you're struggling to get some type of scaling. Skunk is also good with tiger and rooster. Skunk at max level reduces the highest hp unit down to 1 and rooster is more of a glass cannon troop. The only major counter is turkey and fly and surprisingly rare cases of rhino. Just some friendly advice from the skunk defense force. Skunk forever strong!
The skunk, tiger rooster combo sounds fun as hell, if given the chance I’m definitely trying it out

Skunk tiger fly or Rhino snake skunk tiger are some of the best end game builds from a math perspective. Reducing enemy hp to allow smaller attacks to wipe out units will win against almost anything. The issue is getting all the pieces fast enough to not get beaten before you assemble the team
The bird play should go into like an hall of fame of cautionary tales

Honestly, I don't usually laugh at SAP content (I normally listen to it before bed), but goddamn, from the second he did that face of regret to the second that bat fucking zeroed in on the big bird, to the mathematically perfect sheep spawn from the spider, I was laughing my ass off uncontrollably. 42/10, best run I've ever seen.

I see a lot of green beetles early on but almost no food given to it. Honey counts as food so you can feed the beetle, buff the shop and win the first couple rounds with the bee.

Round 3 dog on a sheep would’ve been scaling out the wazoo
Bluebird is actually really good...IF you use it right. Don't just stack up attack on one unit unless it's a Leopard or Rooster, instead spread the buffs around, *especially* early. Having two 3/3s turn 2 is much better than having a 2/3 and a 4/3, because the 4/3 is unlikely to get any kills that a 3/3 wouldn't (there are no tier 1 units with 4 base health), but a 3/3 will get plenty of kills that a 2/3 wouldn't (there are several tier 1 units with 3 base health).

I think back then he was too into the bat. on turn 6 I would have immediately sold the bat, pilled the sheep for 2 sheep, sold 1 sheep, bought shrimp, sold 1 sheep, now at 10 gold, just roll and buy as usual., but with 3 plusses to the buffalo and one to the shrimp.

As someone who’s watched every episode I can say the 4 bird Marty was definitely new. Unless you watched it on stream that is.
Pay to Win meta is crazy. The stat stick scaling is cracked, once you get to 8-9 wins everyone has at least 2 50/50s and some thick stat stick support members.

Did anyone notice that at 31:24 that the hatchling at level 2 only gave the peacock +2, +2 even though the level 1 gives +5, +5. Did I miss something or is it bugged?
Lvl 1 chick gives +5/+5 for ONE round, the lvl 2 chick gives +2/+2 permanently (so over 3 turns it pays off better for scaling and if you have it for many turns it really pays off).

I’m sure baldie doesn’t read these but the two most common mistakes I see him make (which prevent pogs) are:
Evaluating scaling units and their late game cap based on how many rounds have already past, instead of factoring in losses as well as rounds not yet won. For example a puppy on round 6 is just as good as one on round 3 in my book, depending on having a low win and high lives count.
He also runs ants at front which is just like come on homie u know better.
No joke, after watching him go through 10 gold looking for a fish, I'm convinced NL has a gambling problem. I hope he never invests or gambles real money.
That said, it was hilarious when he merged his two fish and said "You know we're getting the fish in one second here now," and then got the fish right after that.
It's literally impossible to stream snipe in this game... But, ok, make as many excuses as you wish, dude.

Rage stopped watching the video when he refused to sell the bat for the goat buffalo synergy, literally 3 +1/1s minimum for your buffalo every turn at the cost of 3 gold total not to mention other buy/sell buffs+pill plays NL you piece
I dont wanna be mean or anything, but holy shit. NL has been known to make some questionable plays here and there, but this episode was just such a trainwreck. How does he make these plays? How does he even consider them? I'm so confused man...
