t is several biological processes - but the major learning process is typically summed up as acquisition, consolidation, expansion - more commonly you'll hear the terms 'surface', 'deep', and 'transfer'. There is not a human being who has ever circumvented this process (send me an email and I can send you a video a bit more in depth). Beyond this, biological mechanisms of memory and attention have universal principles as well (such as biological replay and thresholding) that nobody can circumvent - if you could, you would no longer be human!
Too awesome video, loved it absolutely, can you make the best learning strategies video for students it'd be so awesome. I currently rely on flashcards and anki for my learning but I find myself unable to relate concepts together and not being that good in general. your videos are a lot of help thanks:)

I hope this is a LME Module 2 teaser! Great video Jared!
I feel like I am missing the bit where we are talking about this process of learning a bit more... what does this universal process look like?

The two statements are not contradictory
But the one changes the meaning of the other
Very slick trick
I don't follow - could you give me a bit more?
