- There is 0.05mm in difference between the diameter of the shaft and diameter of the suspension bushing
You could try to add a slice of the spacer of 0.04 or 0.03 mm and this could help to reduce the amount of the free movement on the wheel
This fix need to apply to both top and bottom of the shock.

you'd be looking for something along the lines of the nickel strips used for lithium battery packs they come in a large variety of thicknesses, 0.04 - 0.03 are in that range and its dirt cheap. or you could replace the shaft with a shoulder bolt that has the exact OD you need and forgo this quick fix entirely.
@@JamiePineappleWyatt thanks for clarifying that, it would be nice to get the shaft as a part prior to disassembly, will look for the KLA specs and get shaft accordingly.
@@dhulfiqaraljaberi6599 youre looking for the standard busing id for any bicycle shock basically, I would also suggest getting some of the bushings (sleeves) spare from a good local bicycle store. Shoulder bolt can be sourced locally too. From memory the standard is an 8mm shaft, could be different today though as that knowledge is from the early 2000's.
.04 - .03 Units being mm correct?
