I just got one for christmas and I'm very excited to use it at a match tomorrow. If I want to record myself during the stages, what is the best way? Turn the beep to off then start the timer during my make ready routine? I know it wouldn't catch my draw time, obviously, but I would be able to review my splits for all subsequent shots after that. If it could somehow listen for the beep from another timer that would be amazing.
Thanks for doing the video - much clearer than the documentation. Looking forward to an App so I can bluetooth a string to my iphone. Don't know if you have considered shotmaxx talking to IPSCore but that would be a nice feature.
Hi there. I would like to know how to erase / reset shot sessions and respective strings. I mean, I saw no data to link the day I shot to those numbers. The shots I have some days ago are still there and I do not know the day I did that. So, I would like to reset /erase those sessions after recording them somewhere else. My version of Shotmaxx2 does not display the bluetooth atribute =send. In case I update does this function should appears? Last but not least, how to get the update of my software! ( a link to get it). Thank you
This as well as the other vid's are not definitive enough on which button(s) are being pressed to effect a change. The screens, modes, settings, etc are described well enough, but the actual buttons that are being pressed, to make any changes, are not clearly defined. The majority of all buttons being used are not verbally described nor are they consistently clearly shown in the video shot. It would be a much better video if we're told such as, "I press the Mode button to get to this screen & change this setting", etc. He doesn't actually tell us each time, what button he just pressed to make a change so we're almost always left guessing on how he just did something.

Read the manual, it should give you all you need. Note that this model is no longer supported. The Shotmaxx-2 is the successor of this model.
