Haha it’s also me regurgitating my facts from learning. Some people may get into collecting a sport card from other sports and not be familiar with baseball specifically. I’m doing that with football haha not my sport but I know it’s big

Pulled a nice redemption Monday night.
Nice! I know when I got a redemption and redeemed it it took me about 6ish months to get the card, but nowhere near as rough as Panini has been in the past.

I pulled a Pete Alonso SSP nickname variation from a hot blaster. Had a chrome card in every pack, along with the Polar Bear card and a Dansby Swanson clubhouse collection patch card. I was so stoked. Topps has been so good to me this year

Nice! Yah it’d be rad to get a hit from him. I will say heritage packs don’t quite have the same rate of pulls as other series do so it’s up to each person to decide if it’s for them. I do like the feel of the cards haha
My first box of these I pulled a Rod Carew red ink auto, was really pumped!

Haha yeah, old old video but I'm gonna do an updated 2021 base set price video to reflect series 2 coming out and prices showing. I think Heritage is still pretty much the same though more or less.
what about the luis robert of the whitesox? did they make a mistake on his card? it says rc on it. im getting confused with rookie cards in baseball.
It’s tough haha I think if it’s their first appearance I. The line after their initial debut it can be considered an RC?
So in Topps heritage it’s his first appearance in the heritage series. Although heritage does things differently. Base sets are a bit simpler

Beckett? 😂😂😂😂 that price guide has been outdated for 20 years. I got $80 for my Hayes Venezuela stamp on eBay. What about Tatis Error Variation? I sold that for $450 lol
They pull from eBay and the like. Its their online price guide. You can usually confirm by checking the price verse recent eBay sold items.
@@CanadianCardPickers I’m top rated seller on eBay. Beckett prices aren’t even considered. eBay is its own price guide.
@@beliedat2457 for sure for me it’s just knowing what the top things are as opposed to exact prices. But people should go to an appraiser if they really want a perfect price. As a note these are never guaranteed prices they just were the current high and low sales at the time of recording. There’s no rule everyone must pay that price, just part of how collecting works. Plus this video is a couple months old so things have changed since then.
