Nice! I know when I got a redemption and redeemed it it took me about 6ish months to get the card, but nowhere near as rough as Panini has been in the past.

They've definitely already dropped. The difficulty compared to Pokemon for instance is at the beginning of Pokemon people weren't thinking collect. It was just a card game for kids that liked Pokemon. Only those with insane foresight would put stuff aside. With MetaZoo, if it carries on there's some potential, but too much population of the key chase items so it's tough.

Not sure how rare it is. Not seeing any information either. So there might not be many comps. I'd look to try and find other similar cards that were sold like double sided jordan cards with someone else and all that. It's a tough one as Sports Cards vary in what is appealing to collectors, especially errors.

I will say this video is a bit off in some ways. What I recommend is checking sold eBay listings for that specific card and you’ll see the latest price. These prices were all based on beckett and some are a bit out there lol but still dope! If you have 17 or 76 out of 76 it’s a bit more than other /76 cards

It’s still growing but there’s potential. One thing to consider is metaZoo has a larger investment population than Pokémon likely did at launch. The real money will be in extremely limited items like kickstarter cards. But say 1st edition cards like a Wendigo, the population is likely much higher than a comparable card at the time in Pokémon

It’s like investing in a start up or apple. Apple has less growth but is more stable and proven. Whereas a startup isn’t stable, no guarantee, and may fold in three years. I’m no expert in metaZoo but there’s some good communities out there and a discord you could check out for insight

@@CanadianCardPickers awesome thank you for the advice I’m late to the party but I got a hanger at Walmart with the promo card in plastic and 3 packs and I really did like the cards honestly idk if I’m going to switch but if I ever see meta zoo I’m definitely picking it up just seems very very hard to find ! I also love how they do 1st edition something that brings back so many fond memories I’ve done mtg yugioh sports fortnite etc,although my first and true love has been Pokémon

This is a year old video and before I started collecting cards I didn't watch baseball live at the time. Some constructive criticism is that your constructive criticism comes off very judgmental and if I was a newer person getting into the sport or hobby, that negativity could drive them away or feeling non-included. I'm all about people providing constructive criticism to me or one another so we can become better collectors, but the way you've phrased this is like a flex and judging me so I don't really want to give it much more time. We can critique people without coming across as snarky/pretentious. Cheers.

Haha it’s also me regurgitating my facts from learning. Some people may get into collecting a sport card from other sports and not be familiar with baseball specifically. I’m doing that with football haha not my sport but I know it’s big

It was alright! Update is usually a bit less than others. But I'm starting to do the smaller videos like I mentioned in the poll I did a few weeks back. Gonna try to aim for 2-3 videos a week. Got some 2021 Topps Gallery blasters the other day from walmart and some 2022 Series 1, so stoked for y'all to see those. I'll still do the occasional hobby box here and there depending on the product (blasters are harder to get up here since retail isn't as common where I'm at).

Yeah so excited for Spring Training games. I've missed baseball and my Jays! :P Yeah poor Freddie might not feel as though he wants to go back to the braves after they played games. Apparently, from what I've heard, they knew lockout would happen obviously, so they played a bit in order to inflate their revenue numbers for the quarter, so he might be like nah screw you, I'll go to a team that cares. I personally want to see Vladdy stay at 1B, he killed it, but he could cover us at 3B, and we could grab Freddie for 1B, and then have some rotation at 2B with our younger guys maybe. Freddie on the Jays would be such a fun team, Jays are so fun to watch their shenanigans.

It’s those specific cards regardless of edition. They’ll no longer print in that form going forward. So for the Christmas ones, you won’t see the same cards reprinted exactly as they are. Hope that helps

Yah they defs let me down haha but not horrible. The gallery was fun. Saw some at Walmart so maybe I’ll get some next time. They tend to have more blasters and hangers so keeping an eye out for series 1 to hunt the mantle short prints

Btw you’ll be happy to know in mlb the show I was drafted by the astros. Lol

They're so expensive, hence why I tried the mystery boxes, also just fun to see what you get, but damn the Series 1 2019 killllled me haha

I was very excited on the Espinal pull. So good and a beautiful card
