What got me out of trouble in a situation like the UAZ at around 7:00 to 8:00 is to try and use the brakes (lightly) when the wheels catch air. This way you are simulating a locked differential, in the sense that some torque will go to the wheel that contacts the ground.
Good idea. but in this situation is impossible, because Uaz is not very simple to handle. And when it try to go down from the hill, you just ca not do these actions at the same time

De exemplu, motorizare, cai putere, capacitate cilindrica, combustibil.
Jimny e 1.5 benzina, 102 hp.
Duster e 1.5 diesel, 110hp
Niva e 1.6 benzina, XX cai putere
Uaz e 2,5 benzina, 100 cai putere
A Duster meglepően ügyes. Kérdés hogy meddig bírja az ilyen jellegű használatot komolyabb meghibásodás nélkül.
Még mindig meglepődtünk a Duster lehetőségein. Elég megbízhatónak tűnik!

Duster is great when equipped with AT or MT tires and a little taller suspension.

уаз в современный и рассыпающийся форвард сафари 510 обули, а муфты включения передка оставили примитивные.....Хотя сносу им нет...Только время требуется....А резина эта гребет норм, но лопается, как .......И Я 192 СНЯЛИ С ПРОИЗВОДСТВА.....

And which car was best offroad? That question did not get any answers. Funny comparison anyway. I'd prefer the Russian cars, but mostly of emotional reasons.
every car has their strengths. For example Uaz is better on mud and has highest clearance, but not so good at steep hills with poor grip. Niva is good because of it low weight like Jimny.

I looove the UAZ and Lada (i own the Niva) but i have to say, for mooost people, the Jimny or maybe even the dacia is a much better choice, More comfort and safety, also the jimny is a veery reliable car. So u can drive nice on the streets AND offroad. But for me: Russian power for ever! :-D

Dacia is a 5 seater. As a daily driver is the best option. Jimny has more limitations

The lada niva driver and the tires of the lada are both terrible, which is stupid cause the lada niva is the most capable car, or at least equal to the uaz
Lada Niva is very different car to UAZ, Both are good, but they have different strength points.
