    I'm 6"1 and 260lbs
I ride a 24inch colony eclipse and I have to say is has held up perfect! I ride park and dirt and the colony has taken a beating and I have not broken anything! All I have changed was some 10 inch colony tenacious bars and some plastic fantastic pedals 🤘

I road dirt as a kid and then street. I've never ridden park. how does a 24 do vs a 20?

@@mitch_smithI’m 6’2” and I’d stick with the 20” if you’re trying to get into serious BMX. The 24 is nice for jumps and picking up speed. It just isn’t practical for literally everything else BMX oriented. You can do what a 20” does on a 24”. It’ll just be cumbersome and take more effort due to the increase in overall size.

As we get older we whine about getting older. One of the perks of it though, is being able to buy ourselves almost whatever we want. Having said that, if money ( Mitch Smith ) allows, I would honestly tell you to get a high end, bike like The Soundwave, Darkwave Authentic, or even the high end We the People bikes. Envy, Battleship or Revolver. My first bike back in 2020 after 30 years away was a Sunday Soundwave. I didn't want to lilly daly around having to change parts and all that jazz. I too was a big guy then and besides wanting something that would last me, I didn't want to risk injury and have the bike break on me mid trick.
Even if you say that you won't be going big, you still want something really good that will be able to support you. So the more I rode, the more I was falling back in love with Bmx and started to eye the WTP bikes. Ended up getting the Battleship, this time for my 47th birthday. LOVE IT! You can just feel the quality. Haven't had anything break on either one of them and I ride 3-5 times a week. So I say, don't cheap out, especially if you have a choice.

I actually just ordered the Kink Switch a few days ago. I'm 200lbs. Do you think that will be okay?

It's not after market chromo but still good. You are around the same weight as I am though. Should be good, but if eventually the frame cracks and you end up sticking with Bmx, get yourself a complete bike that already comes with an after market frame or buy an after market frame and build your own bike.

@@LittleBigKid707b I don't see myself getting back to heavy street riding like I used to. But I fully expect the frame to be needing replaced eventually.

WTP Revolver is perfect for those looking for quality and aesthetics.

All the high end WTP bikes are amazing. Just that the revolver is very mellow. Maybe for someone that likes to do a lot of jumps or ride bowls. I wouldn't get it if you like riding technical.
