Just watched king of comedy for the first time yesterday. I didn’t know she was in it. Before i saw it, i thought it was a film about talk shows- a Larry Sanders but more serious- a behind the scenes movie about talk shows but I was mistaken. Had no idea it was about celebrity stalkers
She was totally hilarious back in the day. I used to stay up late to watch Letterman back in the 80's.
Going behind Dave’s desk - without missing a beat - was classic Sandra Bernhard! Totally fearless!
This is amazing. Love her so much. Thanks for uploading.
I was in the studio audience that day. Tickets were always free.
She is something else. Too funny, even 38 years later.
I hate to be that guy who says " Things were better back in my day, Sonny...." but what today can compare to two comedy mavericks together like this?
thank you Sandra forever for this!
I never saw this before- this was a different kind of humor for her, not her usual type.
Hilarious, I was LMAO....

I watched her show early in the morning where she showed excerpts of schlocky movies and made comments about them.
Sandra Bernhard would make a great talk show host.
And she did become a great Mother.
And you know this because...?
Dave's Midwestern sensibilities showing through.
Sandra = ORIGINAL
Hey , early TMI reference.
7:12: “uh oh, I think I just felt my water break”. Lmao. She’s hilarious
Living for her personality

Do know how I got here, but glad I came.
Sandra was great!!
When was her first appearance? 1982?
1983 -- February 21. I'll probably put up all of her appearances in one collection.
Seen it originally. Still funny.❤
Sandra truthfully honest
She's hilarious. Jessica "Jessy" Lange!
The idea of them mating is disturbing because these two were clearly separated at birth.
sure would be one strange looking gap-toothed kid
Ha, ha, haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, love her. "Jesse." #beerspit
She’s “fearless,” and like a female Richard Pryor!
"out of childbirth" Ha ha.
There was a bit of Drew Barrymore in that scream
My cheeks hurt
Maybe not her best look 😂
I think she's faking it, lol. A joke.
she was yep
Wait was she really pregnant here?
No.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
love Sandy but I see anorexia here...
She was not eating for two at this point...
Did she ever talk about that; having anorexia?
Crikes, that set looks so tatty and small and cheap as hell. Love Sandra though.
God she's boring
Totally don't get it
She is doing a performance.
@@rutabagasteu I know what she's doing I just don't get why I'm supposed to laugh.
@@scotscub76 Oh, well, performance art is something I don't understand either.
@@rutabagasteu I like some of it I just don't find her funny. I suppose it is subjective.
@@scotscub76 Could be. I can relate to most of her jokes.
