One works great which is why I could hear you, the other plays but is silent. When I save videos then go to play them again, the OTHER you tube appears and I can't hear a thing. This is an Android phone,. Hope this makes sense to you. Your explanation is very clear but like I said, I don't want to lose everything!
So what do I do? I have a newer android Samsung. I have everything else playing through my headphones. Just not youtube. I need it on right away. My neighbor sleeps all day. I need info right now from TH-cam. But I have to be quiet or they won't let me sleep at night
There is another thing that stopping TH-cam playing sounds through headphones, and that is there's a new setting in Android called second app sound and some phones it's not in the menu but there is a Android program running which can stop the sound coming through Bluetooth headphones

If the volume is low on just one video, it could be an issue with the video itself. You might try adjusting the volume in the player and checking if your device’s audio settings are affecting it.

Well blow me down. I tried this on the off chance it might work! ...as all of a sudden both Spotify & TH-cam have been acting annoying with patchy sound, with TH-cam it would be fine for video but the sound kept cutting in/out Ggrrrr!!! ....did these steps. And it worked!! 😮 Who'd a thought it... still need some manual general housekeeping of cache files in this day n age!

I can hear everything else on TH-cam but I cannot hear the Church of God sermon....n they just got a new system in that church and everybody else says it works good so my phone is the only one that can't get it... Since it’s just the Church of God sermon you can’t hear, it might be an issue with the audio format or how it’s streamed. Try clearing your TH-cam app cache, updating the app, or using a different browser or device to see if that works. 😊
I've come to the conclusion that it's just their.... I went to a different site like online Church of God in Denver and I could hear them perfectly fine. So I went back and I told these people that it's their sound system it's their problem... But no one can really do anything and everybody else can hear him and I'm just one little person... So thanks for your trying to help

Guys don't trust this guy or the people who are saying that it is working. the people who are saying it's working are bots that he put or trolls if u do what he dose u Delete all your TH-cam data and it just sometimes logs u out of TH-cam. SO DONT TRUST THIS LAIR.
Doesn't resolve the intermittent but regular loss of audio stream, TH-cam audio is fucked up and Google are too incompetent or can't be arsed to fix the problem. It has been ongoing for months and seems to be only getting worse, my premium subscription will be ending very shortly if the don't pull their corporate fingers out. There are plenty of other video services out there.

@Jennifer Audet it doesn't erase your Playlist or history I would clear your apps because it frees up space on your phone

for me it just acts stupid when i remove the call sound and it gives no sound if both of it is not maxed together
Somehow merely just clicking on the video worked. No clue how that happened but thanks for the fix i guess 😂

Use CC option or closed captions to read the instructions. Shutting bluetooth off fixed my issue
