Sir need ur guidance on my issue with society members, 3 buildings 3 presidents of each building but common security gaurd which is 1 in morning n in evening 1, in name of covid rules they stop delivering food n courier services at door steps if I need I use to CM down take food or courier from security place, except food den courier all people allowed like bigbasket, home Madd,milkman,flat construction or repair person...I am having mom having issue's she can't down collect food from security guard place becoz she can't walk n patient of demensiya...society not giving permission what to do....plz suggest

Building ke flat mai jo servant kaam karneke liye aate hai wo ilgal hai ya illigal hai
I stay in the 1st floor, the entire building doesn't have safety window grills, there is high possibility of robbery without grill also a small child can fall down from window without grill. I asked committee to allow to install grills, but committee is like as per bye laws it is not allowed. I need grill as Right to safety. What should i do?
Sir I have purchased a flat from builder which was never sold before and applied for membership to society mana gement but the secretary of the society told that you have to pay previous maintenance charge of Rs.5 lakh and after receiving payment we shall give you membership. Whether it is right even I have No concern with previous maintenance charge. While the flat was lying unused without electric connection. Please guide me in this regard.

we have purchased our flat on 2021 July and we have submitted our application on 24th Oct 2021,Still they have not approved or denied our membership.They are not allowing us for agm or any other official matters. Sir, I am a registered owner member of coop housing society since 1975 in Gujarat. I have been asked by city survey office to provide list of all members of coop housing society for my name to be registered/entered in property card. Unfotunately my society President is reluctant and not responding. What should i do? May i have no right to ask them to provide list of all members?
Under the cooperative society act the society has to maintain a register of all the members and therefore your name is part of the register. The register can definitely be published to competent authority.
