They have decided that tenant scooter parking charges should be Rs 1000 whereas for normal owner member it is only Rs 50. Are they right in this. OR how much they can charge. Pls clarify.

Agar society chairman ne society ka property ko apne son ke name pe transfer karwa liya hai to kya kare sir kyo hamre society me 12 shop society ke the usme 4 shop ko jo society ka chairman tha usne apne son ke name pe transfer karwa liya hai without any illegal documents
