interesting trailer, never seen that type before. I can't help but wonder why the man was under that trailer while in operation. If it was something to do with locking a pin or whatever as part of making the trailer do what it needs to do, then that is a "major design flaw". Never get under a raised anything without it first being locked or pined so if the hydraulics fail it won't smash a person.

Yes very dangerous, I cant remember if he had a locking pin. If not it was a safety issue.
