Mine should be delivered this week. I'm going to look into the wrist strap. I was wondering about a Nintendo Switch too but not many "tech" things hold them. Not a deal breaker if it doesnt fit.
So that's from a Matsuda pouch. I think it has 5 or 6 loops but I cut it to only have 3 loops. It has velcro on the back. I normally keep it inside my Matsuda Article 116.
Hey there, really enjoyed the video - odd Q - could the tech case be used as a toiletry bag? I'd like to get a pouch or case that has a bright interior and opens a decent amount and so far I haven't found one...except for the Alpaka tech case... Would love to hear you thoughts.
I suppose you could use it as a toiletry bag, but it's not meant for that and not organized for that use. I use the two Peak Design toiletry bags and like them a lot.
That would be awesome but I don't think they will do that. I think they were moving forward with production even before the Kickstarter finished, which is how they are doing such a short turn around on this one. They are supposed to ship in February which is really fast.
@@CityTrekker interesting, as from all solid cologne reviews for brands that I see- everyone complains that the scent is very weak. I wonder if Fulton & Roark change that, or if all solid colognes act the same
At the end you mentioned you prefer this over the Go Sling Mini? Still the case? I’ve been tossing between these two for a small sling for when we can travel again
dude - good video. funny with the AER sticker on the ipad cover in the alpaka review! agree it's great and they definitely should have made the back x-pac too, no idea why they didn't other than material cost? (and maybe making all of the backs at once was less expensive too? let down on that part but isn't not a deal breaker). overall outstanding quality. sent the evergoods cap2l back .. just didn't like it despite the interesting design. and why do they put that velcro patch on, it's so ugly and they don't have any good options for something to put on it - just thought it was clunky and not nice looking. but congrats on the very good video and keep going!
Very different. Material, design, organization… I like the organization of the Bellroy. I like the padding of the Peak Design. But I prefer the Alpaka and Matsuda over both of those.
the more crap u put inside your bag the more heavy the bag gets? all i need is wallet.. phone.. keys.. money coins. protein bar.. lip stick for dry lips. small hand lotion.
So it's confusing but there is Kodra and Cordura. Kodra is very similar to Cordura in that it is a premium fabric known for durability and resistance to abrasion. While Cordura was originally made by DuPont in the US, Kodra is made in Korea. #TheMoreYouKnow
Alpaka makes some of my favorite bags. Love the designs, colors and functionality

Thanks for your sharing on this element case can hold the ipad mini with case👍🏻
You're welcome! It's super important to me too.
What’s the 3 slot pouch thing you use for the oil and hsanitizer? That’s really awesome

Cant wait to get mine. Hope the authorized reseller here in philippines will get on 30th lol.
Nice! Yeah it's great.
Great video. Very well organized sling, where can I buy the product that holds your chapstick and hand sanitizer?
It's half of a loop from Dan Matsuda that came with one of his article pouches.
Hey, how did you attach the strap to the tech case?
I cant seem to figure it out and would be grateful for your help.
Do you think the EVERGOODS CIVIC 2L fits more than the ALPAKA? Both are 2L...yet, maybe the CIVIC enables to carry more?
Yeah I’d say the CPL2 carries more as it has less organization.

Wonder if they saw the video and may include the top handle in the production version.

p.s- does that Fulton & Roark Cologne's scent stays with ya all day? Or does it fade fast like most solid colognes?
I’d say it lasts 3-4 hours. Which is why I keep it with me. It lasts longer than alcohol based sprays have lasted for me.

Still the case.
i have other fanny packs shoulder bags slings etc..
they all do the same.
Where is the alpaca made and are the materials locally sourced or sources in the US?
They have their own manufacturing plant. I think their manufacturing is in Hong Kong or China. They also have offices in Australia.
They should make the bottom expandable and zip up if not needed.
Hi bro where did you get the little bottle black divider to slip on the 3 tiny bottles?
It's half of a loop from a Matsuda pouch.

Very different. Material, design, organization… I like the organization of the Bellroy. I like the padding of the Peak Design. But I prefer the Alpaka and Matsuda over both of those.
I had no idea these were shipping so soon, that’s rad.
I must’ve missed that bit. When do they start shipping?
@@sandi4215 THey won't ship till February. Adam got a review version.
They should ship in February. This was an early prototype for this review.
I heard that the magnets are not from Fidlock in case that matters.
Okay thanks. I couldn't find that spec.
Nice video. But please next time wear a lighter color t-shirt if the item you’re reviewing is dark/black. 👍
I hear you! For my brand/logo update, I also got a gray shirt to wear for future reviews.
Does the madsuda fit an iPad mini 6?
Yes!
God is with you all godbless and your families and everyone in the world amen 🙏 god and Jesus are good 👍
What about Nintendo switch oled
I don’t have a switch but you could just check the dimensions.
If you take the joycons off a switch it will fit....but it wont fit as one piece.
When did people start pronouncing Cordura as “codra?” You are the second person I have heard saying that recently.
It's Kodra, a different kind of material
Cordura and Kodra are two different, yet similar materials. Cordura was originally made by DuPont in the USA, and Kodra is made in Korea.
@@CityTrekker ah, thanks for clarifying. I had never heard of that before.

Noticed that too. I don't think I have heard it pronounced like that before. I pronounce it Core - doo - ra
