Actually, I have this exact dash cam. I'm very happy with it. The only drawback I would say is that it doesn't come with a micro sd card. So I purchased a 64 GB micro card for $19.00 on Amazon. You can put in a 256 GB or a 512 GB card, but it's an option. The 64 micro sd card is sufficient enough!! So far I rate the camera a 9.5/10.
Your supposed to hide the wires into the trims above you watch TH-cam videos on it there not suppose to hang in the way like that you might also have a hidden 12 v socket under the passenger glove box that you can use
I eventually plugged it into my centre console, I would've hung the into the lining if I was going to keep it but I was only using it for the review, ive since taken it down
A nice upgrade would be getting some red headlight wrap, and wrapping the white part on the rear headlights soo they are just fully red, thats how the facelifts ones are i believe?
I have watched many videos about this dash cam and not one video shows more than the front, inside and back side. WHY???I have never seen for any camera that a youtuber does not post videos of the front, inside and back side cameras like this one, and I simply doubt that this is a bad camera or that you present the video poorly. Thanks.
I didn't show any footage of the camera because I needed to buy the correct SD card for £50 and as I was selling the dash cam once I finished the video I didn't see any point in buying it. Sorry for that man!
It doesn't need any type of specific storage as long as it is formatted correctly, Vantrue offer an SD card which is formatted correctly, but if you have a computer you can format it yourself
try factory resetting the dash cam, if that doesn't work, the saturation on the camera may be all the way down, if thats something you can fiddle with give it a go

It is a very good dash cam just a shame you need to buy the sd card separate

You should route the cables behind trim. it shouldn't be hanging loose. There's a 12v in your center console arm rest to power it

NGL the packaging is awesome never seen this brand before but HALO DASH CAMS are the top but expensive 🤦🏽♂️
