Interior design is so interesting, From the first Penthouse I liked the bedroom connected to a balcony from the first condo. And the second one had really cool workspace and media room. Both of them seemed to have toilet and basin seperated in the master bathrooms which I find odd and lack of storage for shampoo etc in the showerroom unless you gonna do future installations. South tower Penthouse were so much more attractive for me. In the end, thank you for the hard work putting this together! Well done.
That’s what I thought when I went on vacation there. I hate seeing so many homeless people. There’s a dark side to Seattle that’s not featured in the media. :(

I don't get why you would be upset with new developments. More developments mean more supply, which means that it should keep the prices more reasonable. If you get enough supply, you can even see prices dropping a lot.
Ok, so at first I wasn't totally sold on the first unit. The second bedroom and kitchen are just okay IMO (I really dislike the backsplash and the cabinetry - would def have to change those), but once I saw the master bedroom and bath, I was SOLD hahah.
A version of this with realistic apartments for ppl in their early twenties would be cool!
Unfortunately, any bldg that would be for someone in the early 20s that do not make 6 figures, won't be on the market long enough for her to post.

you cant really do a mansion or big housing in seattle. In Graham, Yelm, Yakima, etc, you can get away with it.
here in singapore, a million usd will simply get you a very basic condominium with sizes about 900 sq feet
