yes guys it worked downgrading it from itunes it was actually super easy ive done this on my sister SE 2nd too cuz obviously ios 18 wasn't made for 4.7 screens anyways if you want to switch back just do it before apple stops signing ios 17

HELP. You tell us how to modify the backup file on a WIN machine but you don’t tell us how to do it on a MAC in Finder. I tried launching Terminal and running %appdata% … but it didn’t recognise it. So I am now stuck with a brand new iPhone setup without my backed up settings.

iOS18 has made my 256GB 13 Pro Max go from blazing fast to absolute garbage. Photos app is a disgusting disgrace, basic system functions such as typing, scrolling through settings, ect are unbearably slow & laggy compared to even my 10 year old Droid Ultra. There are so many unrefined software glitches, features that just don’t work, & poor design changes. Now i can’t even turn off “ai suggestions” in safari on my iphone, nor is there any way to prevent “open in app” or “download app” popups on every website. Safari even gives me popups to “download google chrome” instead of safari. WHAT THE FUCK APPLE
@@Number29249 yo just wanna let u know yes it does fix the glitch. I have the iPhone XS and it started glitching (like ghost touch) but after I rolled back to iOS 17 it went back to normal. worked on my XS so should work on ur 13PM

It worked on my iPhone 12 mini! Used the iTunes method, no need to pay for an application.
Did you back up on ur laptop, or through icloud?
