I get sore tense mucsles when i push further myself further to fast. I take a vitiam E. But I wont take more than 1 every 3 days avg. So if i take 2 in a weekend I will not take again for a week. Which means relaxation and alot of massaging over that week. Tendons d9nt stretch. You just adjust the range they stretch at. If you force them to have a longer range of motion. Oh my how they hurt and cramp like the worst ever.

From my some of my coworkers I got gift for jewel osc Starbucks gift cards I found in Star-bucks gift in my room my brother and his girlfriend the kids got gifts card and a lot bath and body works gift my aunt got jackets that all Taylor swift’s song on and wallet with all songs on I got a key chain With pictures on song on button of different sayings on them I brought my my gift gifts I.
