I tried making my own clothes with ZERO experience. So yeah, I got a little ahead of myself and was ambitious enough to take on sewing my own dress with NO PRIOR sewing skills. I think it's safe to say I went from noob to sort of decent beginner sewer? This video was actually so much fun, and I think I might be getting back into my craft era haha

Part of the reason for the inseams not lining up could be the size of the fabric seams, I run into this issue quite a lot when sewing.

When my grandma was still alive she would make all of her own clothes and quilts and blankets as well she would take old jeans and cut them up and take the material and and add it to other clothes materials and make a shirt with them.

Looks amazing. Hint: use your left hand to make the material flow evenly throughout the length of the stitch matching the speed of the foot and claw while you keep doing what you are doing with your right hand. Just move your left hand out about a foot to smooth the material and guide the speed following the curvature of the print. Not allowing any kinks in the stitch. Also I think it just needs a slip or shaper underneath so it falls delightfully or elegantly if you will, and there is only one brand worth it for a perfect maiden.
