Predator's probably the easiest of these to survive against. Just never pick up a weapon and they wont consider you worthy of hunting. If you're pregnant they'll also pass you over. And there is an amazing amount of Female Predator 'art' too. :D

What I love about these ALWAYS VERY TRAUMATIZING tier lists is seeing Kaiser go “hm I see” “ooooooh” when someone presents something in the lines or “it doesn’t speak” or “this bear cereal looks like it would be so nice to you after sex” and I just love it also when everyone already has a formed opinion of some character it’s always amazing too

To clarify, because I have seen both Ringu and The Ring, Sadako is an adult woman, Samara is a young girl. That’s one of the changes that the adaptation did when they brought it overseas.
So if it was Sadako and not samara and you find long haired ghost ladies hot, have no fear, you’re in the clear!

Also I looked into it, and Sadako was 19 in the original story, and ambiguously 'young adult' in other movies/stories according to wiki anyway. Also Kayako from the Grudge/Ju-on series is an adult as well. I'm pretty sure there are other ghosts that were kids in the grudge? But I'm unsure, cuz I mix these series up in my mind a lot.
In the Grudge iirc it was just her son or some descendant of her family. Other than that, it was her husband/killer and no one else became an Onryo.

In the original book Sadako has female testicle syndrome, and was killed by her rapist after he had a gay panic moment.
Also her curse is derived from smallpox.
For anyone not sold on Sadako, look up a comic called "1/6 Sadako in my Home". A dude watches the Ringu video on his phone and ends up with a tiny harmless Sadako stuck in his house. Eventually, she ends up as a sort of grudging (ha!) roommate who helps him find a job and a girlfriend. It's delightful.
Man they needed to invite actual monster fuckers onto the show. Their immediate dismissal of so many great and iconic freaky creatures makes me SAD. What I'm saying is that they should've invited ME on.

Ya no, Jigsaw was never a "Fair punisher" that a lot of people seem to think he is, even in the first movie where you have the best possible argument for that line of thinking he's still killing innocent police officers.
The pit was not filled with gasoline, the floor was covered in broken glass, the guy was coated in flammable gell, and the light was a candle.
Yeah, still unfair, though compared to some of the other traps, I think it was actually one of the most survivable... theoretically you could try to wipe off some of the gell to at least minimize risk of ignition, also if his memory was better he wouldn't need to take as many trips back and forth between the safe with the key inside and the wall that had the combination written on it.

There's actually more like 2 1/2 Terrifier movies, since Art the Clown first appeared in the anthology film All Hallows Eve. He at least cameos in every segment even if he's not the focus of that segment. He basically plays the same role as Sam from Trick 'r' Treat, so I count that as an Art the Clown movie.

Like there was one where several people were put in situations where they would definitely die unless the person being tested decided to save them. Given, the idea is usually that saving the other people is the right decision for the person being tested to survive (there was another series of traps where the last trap was easier if more people survived).

With fighting the sneaky killers, I think the best to assume is that they have tried to kill you, failed, and now its a 1v1 fight. Like Norman Bates. He tried to sneakily stab you, botched it, and now its a fight.
Kaiser is right. IT* is female in the book. Also an evil counterpart to the guardians of the beams from the Dark Tower books. Bill actually learns how to defeat IT as a child from one of said guardians (Maturin the turtle).

I didn't know I needed this video, but I love it lol. And also, strangely, it was hinted that the Alien in the first movie um....let's go with tries to reproduce with Lambert. It was ultimately cut as it was seen as scarier to let the mind wonder even further than that. But.......yes....yes indeed an Alien can conventionally reproduce in emergencies. Primarily to bring a Queen to life to continue the species. Oh gods I spend to much time watching Alien vids.

Let's not forget about one thing from the older Hellraiser films, one of the Cenobites called Chatterer I was someone called Jim when he was human, let's just say his origin story is pretty good on why he became a Cenobite, a good read is Hellraiser Anthology Volume 2 as his origin story is titled Prayers for Desire, I got that from Chatterer I's Hellraiser Wiki profile
The second film will make you have questions about the human forms of each Cenobite.
I got into horror films as a 6 year old back in 2001 with the Alien films thanks to my aunty, also any horror film that involves having anything to do with going for the eye/eyes will make me cover mine
