    Excellent video!
    SR = 10,000
    FR = 20,000 Or
    Incident rate 500 compare to what?
    500/Year? 500/Month?
    That is not clear to me. Please advise.

    The severity level is therefore the lost time per working hour. Imagine a report for the year 2022, which lost times are included in it? All lost time due to accidents at work in 2022 (including time from accidents that occur in 2021) or just lost time due to accidents in 2022? Since we are talking about the severity of accidents, we need a reference to accidents, but that would mean that you subtract the lost hours at the end of the year. That way, the hours that are cut also don't affect the SR in the next year, because they are simply not reported. So what would be the correct way to report this? I am looking for an "official" explanation.

    U calculated Freq Rate by considering 5 days! But These terms are calculated for yearly values. Otherwise as u got the value 10000 FR is not acceptable

    Sir ur solving problem when it is non fatal reportable loss time injury
    But when it's fatal reportable loss time injury
    If 1 fatal injury and 8 man hours lost then (6000+8) is used
    Here 1 fatal injury is equal to 6000 man hours lost
    My question is how did we get 6000 as a standard quantity
