As per OHSA standard
Total Recordable Injury Rate = Total Recordable Injuries / Total man-hours x 200,000

Sir, how we calculate accident frequency rate of an organisation where work is carried out in 2 shifts in 24 hours. Suppose 600 men do 8 hours shift in a day and 500 men do 8 hours shift in night.

500 × 8 = 4000 hours
Total work hours in 1 working day = 8800 hours
