    Very useful session sir 👌 one doubt for safety our target or aim is zero accident but if the severity rate and frequency rate is some digit percentage mean like 4.8. /7.44 weather it's high or low or how to explain this to our management

    • @safetytogether7434
      @safetytogether7434  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Your Goal should be "Zero accident", but practically this is not possible hence you need a take a target .
      Let us assume your plan had 7 LTA in 2020 and Severity / Frequency 4.8 /7.44.
      In 2021, your goal is to reduce LTA by 50% at;least 2.4 /3.77

    Sir ஒரு doubt
    ஒரு தொழிற்சாலையில் எத்தனை தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு ஒரு safety officer இருக்க வேண்டும், மற்றும் எத்தனை தொழிலாளர்கள் இருந்தால் ஒரு safety manager இருக்க வேண்டும் என சொல்லுங்கள்.

      Section 40B in The Factories Act, 1948, 40B. Safety Officers.-
      (1) In every factory,-
      (i) wherein one thousand or more workers are ordinarily employed, or
      (ii) wherein, in the opinion of the State Government, any manufacturing process or operation is carried on, which process or operation involves any risk of bodily injury, poisoning or disease, or any other hazard to health, then irrespective of number of workers ...
      There is no position of Safety Manager in the rules. Usually where many safety officers are employed, a Safety Head or manager is appointed
