God told me to be silent and I was doing so good. Something happened and I responded in my own flesh. It caused a full day of arguing and I felt like we were set back. I repented and now I'm back to being the silent warrior. This video was confirmation bc I have so much to say and need so many answers. Thank you God for your holy spirit and for letting me know you're still with me. ❤

Once again, your message is right on target. I asked the Lord how I'm supposed to communicate with my wife when she has shut me out. The Holy Spirit clearly told me "you wait for Me!" You're right, it all sounds counterproductive to remain silent, but God's ways are higher than our ways, and when I try to speak to my wife, I'm just getting in the way of His ultimate perfect plan for the healing of my wife and our marriage. Thanks for your video post. I look forward to seeing them every Sunday evening!

      @@frankgeary7574
If you heard God tell you to wait. Then you keep waiting and you continue to work on improving you. Make sure you are the best version of you. Dig in deep to God's Word and ask the Holy Spirit to make you aware of what needs changed in you and then as you move in faith toward that improvement goal, engage the Holy Spirit to help you achieve that goal. If you are not completely whole in Spirit, Soul and Body when your spouse returns, you can very easily end up right back where you are now, or even worse.
Keep on doing the last thing you truly believe the Lord instructed you to do and then wait on His timing and wait for Him to work. Be careful not to slip into double mindedness. It's challenging, I know, but it will be worth the wait. Trust that God's got this!

The divorce ritual is a counterfeit plot of the enemy that should not have any impact on the covenant of marriage.
Sometimes, God allows the process to expose and eliminate the filth in the spouses so that His salvation and healing virtue can mend what is broken and purify the sacred covenant.
Divorce shouldn't control our attitude towards our spouse or our stand..
      th-cam.com/video/WVb3ldlxNi8/w-d-xo.html
These other ministries helped me personally and also to understand my marriage.
If it's your first covenant marriage, God will restore.
Don't listen to anyone who tells you to give up.
God is faithful to keep His covenant.

@debrapeterson448 You sound just like me!😂 I know it isn't actually funny, but it's such a mirror that it makes me laugh. I can't tell you how many times I screwed up and reacted in a way I shouldn't. I then had to take my tears of regret to the Lord and ask Him if He would fix what I messed up - and He did each time. I am much better now about stopping myself from saying and doing what I shouldn't, but those feelings are still there. Without mentioning divorce to me, my husband gave an engagement ring to the other woman, who made a point of making sure I knew about it. She has no idea how much involvement he and I actually have with each other. My husband's sister said her $10,000 diamond ring went missing the last day he was over at her house; it had been sitting on her dresser. I haven't been able to get a look at this "engagement" ring, so I don't know if it's the missing ring. Yes, my husband would do such a low thing. What also infuriates me is when he either withholds displays of affection from me because he doesn't want i to get back to that tramp, or when we do kiss each other goodbye and he tries to be thorough in making sure none of my lipstick is left on his face.😡 The Lord told me that if I'm angry or I need to cry, no matter what my husband has done to upset me, I am to bring it to Him and He will deal with my husband. Debra, go to your Daddy in heaven and ask him to clean up the mess you made by text, lay all of your tears of anger and pain at the foot of the cross, and trust the Lord to handle it. Believe me, I know what you're going through.

Do we suppose to stand, as it relates to 1 Cor. 7. It states, "If the unbeliever leaves let him for God has called you to peace."
Does this mean, if we are standing we are doing so against the Word?

I believe “letting them go” means we entrust them to God as opposed to giving up and “moving on”. Think of the father in the parable of prodigal son. The father didn’t chase after his son but never gave up on the hope that his son would one day return…and when he did the father had open arms with unconditional love and forgiveness. This is a great example of the posture we can take with our prodigal spouse.

I was also furious when I found out there were people who knew about my husband's adultery but didn't tell me about it. I hope you did tell her husband; he has a right to know. My husband gave me a venereal infection because people kept silent, which left me unable at that time to make an informed decision as to whether I wanted to continue to have sex with my husband. (Yes, the Lord wanted me to continue to do my marital duties so my husband would be without excuse in that department. It was an infection he passed me, not a disease, and it was used to help convict him. He actually became more destructive to himself and our marriage, but that's because of the conviction. I could see it all over his face.) This woman's husband has a right to know. Any other actions you would take would be wrong. God doesn't need our help to straighten out our spouses. Jamie is correct, though. Inquire of the Lord as to what He wants you to do in your own situation.

It's May 2024. I've been standing for 19 years this month. I find this discouraging because you are assuming that God has given us all equal opportunities to communicate with our spouses. That's not been my case and I'm feeling a bit hopeless.

I have heard many testimonies where God restores without any communication. Nothing is impossible for Him!

I just prayed for you, Christina. I asked the Lord to give you "something", something to lift your heart and help you to hold on. I asked if you could have a "suddenly", the start of a breakthrough, if not the breakthrough itself.

I agree and don't agree. 😊 I agree: the structural change of the prodigal ex spouse's heart can made only by God. You can't able to do it. And yes: the prodigal spouse doesn't want to hear the truth from your mouth. Yes, this is a serious observation. 😢 When I was in adultery, I didn't want to hear the Christian truth, although I didn't cheat my wife, because I should have felt out love with her. I was simple impacted by own ego and bad spirits. (Unfortunately we not reconciled at the moment.) But I don't agree: you won't leave everything to God. God works, you wait in faith only? No. You must make steps as well. I can offer the free video courses of Clay Andrews and Chris Seiter on TH-cam. 😊

@@akosfellner5061 Correct, we do have a part to play. We need to seek the Lord and get direction from him.
