Unaweep Tabeguache Scenic Byway: Colorado Route 141 to Gateway, beautiful drive in 4K

This less-traveled road is one of the most scenic routes that you'll find in Colorado. The Unaweep Tabeguache Scenic Byway follows Route 141 southbound, near the western edge of the state. We'll begin just south of Grand Junction, along US 50, where Route 141 begins. In this video, we'll head south to Gateway. Two more videos will continue the drive on to Naturita and Ridgway.

Glad I waited, definitely brought back memories. Right before you turned to stop this video, there was a road right after the end of that resort. That was the road I took to go to Utah. Thanks again!

I remember driving this in SEP 2019. Very scenic thru the drive and as I just started watching it on the stream, it brings back memories. I can't wait for the remaining portion and I will be patient to see what you final views were but I hope to see Long Canyon again, looking south down Rt 141. From there, there was a backroad, a county road that took me the backdoor way into Utah. I miss seeing those red rocks of Long Canyon and expect to do this drive again in the future. Thanks for the memories!
