Trust in the management team, coach has many options now, team is getting more experienced, going to make mistakes, that’s all part of growth. What’s really exciting is the large number of assets the team has to build out their roster over the next 2-3 years. Lots to be excited for the team, now I can cheer them to win and dare dream they may get wild card spot.
Hughes is brilliant and we havent’t had a guy of this caliber in Montreal in a long time (i.e. Sam Pollock)
Laine wants to play in Montreal and that’s all it takes…
The money isn't that big a hurdle. If it doesn't work out move him and retain.

Hughes seems to think Laine is capable of doing something that he hasn't done so far in his career. Twenty goals and a very, very strong 200-foot player. Not what he's been. Possible, I guess so. The staff and Laine have a task in front of them. If it works, wow.
