- Enjoy this pleasant Indian flute piece, perfect for meditation, relaxation or sleep. This is the 11th track in the Quiet Moments series.
Now I am back in Spain, in my home town. This morning I went to my favourite place, we have a small central park in my city where I have been practising since I started playing the flute. So I decided to come here and record the first meditation of my own country.
The sound of the peacocks, the birds, the curious people who come to listen to me, motivate me to continue playing as the minutes go by. Every day I find myself more focused, more calm, with more intentional melodies that come even deeper from my heart. I hope they touch your heart as much as mine!
My father told me that he uses these videos to relax while stretching after a long day at work. One of my best friends also told me that he likes to use these meditations to help him sleep, and more and more people are telling me about the benefits of my music...
