  • Grilled a very simple meal. Sausages, Peppers, and Onions.
Due to day light savings. I boiled the brats and sausages for faster cooking time. Still turned out great.

My secret is to throw a little tomato paste into the onions and peppers at the end. It kind of holds them together when you put them on top of the sausage. Plus gives a little extra flavor.

Thanks for letting us in on your secret. I’ll try that for sure. I would’ve never guessed to use tomato paste. Thanks again. Thanks for watching.

I'm so glad I found your channel, have a passion for grilling on my Weber grills too I'm Guatemalan American and we grill a lot of meats and corn heck we even throw sweet potato and plantains in the mix. Cheers from southern California bro. I'm binge watching your vids...

Hey thank you so much. Meats and corn are always great. Sweet potato and plantains I have yet to try. I’ll be sure to look that up. Appreciate it, glad you found my channel as well. Hopefully I can get more videos up on a consistent basis. Thanks again.

All I would do for a little flavor is before the brats go in the pan, poor in a little beer put the brats in and shut the lid and let it steam a little.
