Grilled Ribeye Steaks | Hot Dogs | Bell Peppers | Weber Ranch Kettle Grill | GrillGrates
Grilled Bone-In Ribeye Steaks, Corn on the Cob, Asparagus, Hot Dogs, Smoked Sausages, and Bell Peppers in a pan.
The Ribeyes were marinated in 1/2 Soy Sauce and 1/2 Worcestershire Sauce for about 4 Hours. The Corn were wrapped in foil with ice cubes and unsalted butter. Asparagus were wrapped in foil with oil and seasoned with salt. And the bell peppers were sautéed in a pan to top the smoked sausages in a bun.
I used the GrillGrates that fit the 22.5 inch weber kettle to sear the steaks. Shows how large the Ranch Kettle is.
Charcoal - Jealous Devil XL Charcoal Briquettes ( the bigger Briquette) and the Cowboy Natural Wood Charcoal Briquettes. Both bought at Walmart.

    • @GrillingJEDI

      I recommend it. It’s powerful little grill. Gets hot fast. Easy to set up. Easy to put away. I use mine weekly and have not had any issues. It’s also easy to move around (roll around I should say). Hope you get it. Let me know how you like it.

      Thank you. The 26inch easily. 98% of the time I’m grilling for 5 people at most and the 26 inch is plenty of space for grilling and with the slow n sear, I can smoke on it. Plus it has all the conveniences, like the ash catcher, the vent cleaning system, and a manageable size. When it comes to parties tho, the rancher is great. But I would still choose the 26. The rancher is a very very very close 2nd.

      Sorry for the late reply. The only issue I’ve had is that when the grill is lowered and lifted sideways for storage the grill grates fall out if bumped. That’s my only complaint. But everything else has been great. Hopefully they fixed that issue by now.

      @InfiniteBoxworks ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ek8652 The heavy iron grates slip out and hit the lid with enough force to pop the latch. Retention was one of the first things I tested when I got mine. If it is stored straight up or on its side at 90 degrees the grates can slip out. I would personally store the grates separate when out of use unless you want to lay it flat.

    • @kaeeroyal3124
      @kaeeroyal3124 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@InfiniteBoxworks there's a latch that latches over the lid. But it doesn't latch on tight, so when you have the grill standing up 90 degrees and move it too much, the weight from the grates will force the latch to retract and everything will come loose and fall out
