For the Thanatos, the way you beat him just ulting away is by either: Forcing it out and then engaging again before its back up (90s ish) or just force him out and take all the farm, you'll eventually get a big lead if all someone does is use their ult to run away and you're winning the trades. Edit: Also, yes, there's FAR more roaming in SMITE than in League, like an insane amount more. Support after about 5 mins is perma-roaming, Jungle is ofc perma-roaming, Mid roams a lot early on and around 10-15 mins the outer lane roles start roaming more as well. It takes some getting used to for sure but be ready for it.
I'm letting you know now, if you keep with it, and if Smite 2 keeps gaining traction, you have the opportunity to grow massively. It's so fresh rn, I'm subbing just to witness the potential. y'all funny too lol
Love that instead of being annoyed by being confused your just going with it and trying to learn the game. Conquest is pretty dang hard to learn but you’ll get it eventually keep up the work!
Smite is really fun man, there is so much room to get good and stuff to learn. Like, that thing Sol used to summon enemies are from an item dropped by an objective, like the Rift Herald in League. They are the big snake things that roam the jungle.
5:34 that’s Thanatos ult called hovering death. He goes into the sky and can land on you and stun you, and if you’re low enough he will execute you when he lands. He’s my favorite jungler
Also you can get all the characters that will ever exist in this game by buying the God Pass it’s just $30 and any current and new characters that come out you will automatically have.
So as a long-time smite player, I can say that your mechanics are very solid. The only thing I recommend is positioning yourself better and being patient with towers. So even if you have won your lane, dont try to escort your minion wave into your opponents tower to destroy it. All that does is put you out of position and vulnerable to a gank from the jungle or support. There is a lot of farm on this current map that you can easily do while your minion wave pushes tower by themselves. Although the goal is to destroy their objectives/towers and kill their titan. You won't do that unless you level up and buy items. So the real goal is to get as big as possible early and then rotate around the map and assist your teammates in their lane or with jungle bosses. Welcome to Smite!
Yes, people rotate a lot in this game. Normally, in lvl 5 support start to rotate, but good teams will rotate with every role whenever they see the chance to get a kill
People can roam sometimes in this game a key thing with smite 2 is that any character can play any role so you can have Zeus who’s normally a mid lane mage, if built right he can jungle and it’s really fun.
Bro it you stick with it it’ll be some of the most fun, I promise you. I been playing for around 11 years. And I have never stopped. Subbing to keep up with the journey!
Mad respect for trying out the game, it’s still just in alpha but the devs work stupid fast they add like a new god every week. Thanatos has the strongest early game power curve, he WILL bully you early game but often feeds in team fights late game. Build burst to counter him punish his long ult animation Jing Wei’s wind whirlwind circle thing is mainly used to knock YOURSELF up (sounds counter intuitive but you get buffed for doing so and you get extra movement from using your dash while knocked up) Nemesis is a great 1v1 jungler, she’s eh at laning, try her jungle and also try Thanatos jg he’s stupid fun
Jing-Wei is a crit adc that thrives off survivability. Her 1 is a knock-up in the small area for both enemies and yourself. If you knock up yourself you can use your dash for a much longer length. Your 1 gives you attack speed when knocked up or if near it; your 3 gives you strength. You can hold charges for your 2 which is a big crit auto. Ult is just an easy get out of jail free card.
as someone thats played smite for 11+ years its always funny seeing people play smite for the first time after diving in head first no primer. Also 56-73 game? I forgot how wild the noob lobbies are lol.
With jing wei if you are knocked up (step on your 1) and you use your 3 you travel much further Btw they still need to port 100gods so they havent announced anything yet but ill expect at least 2 "new" gods per month
The problem is. When you were in solo lane, fighting Thanatos. You were not killing the waves, the minions doba shit tin of damage in early game. Also try to farmba lot, especially in early. Also, he had defence items, and Thanatos is kinda meta rn, so even if he has defence he still got base dmg. When you are in solo lane. Try to focus on farming in early, while avoiding his dmg. He can also heal from the minions when he uses 2 of his skills and he can get away easally since one of his skills gives him movement movement. And imunity to your slow. He was basically your counter lmfao.
Heres a tip from a veteran! Start with joust! Nothing wrong with atleast learning in a map thats less intense, gives you time to learn a character and read abilities :) hf!
Happy to see u in Smite but using basic attacks to kill waves instead of insta clearing it and going in camps for more xp is really bad ! You'll get better anyway ! Ohh and for your bud yes there are global emotes, claps, laugh, I think they removed dance production emote, there is taunt emotes, joke emotes.. with all this criticism done we need YOU in Smite 2 soo welcome aboard brother it's nice to see you. I'l drop a follow to see ur progression

something they dont tell you in the tutorial is that the only god that matters is The Morrigan and that you dont need to play other gods before you play her: just transform into someone, press 1, 2, 3 then 4, and then auto attack until the transformation ends.
i dont get how yall ppl play league legends over smite 2 like bruh the fact you dont even aim ur basics in lol its so boring to look at and even play, play a game using aladin all gods habilities and everything its just more fun league its just more popular who knows why 🤦🏼

I am literally addicted to the assault mode and the randomness of it all
Might have to try that out
@@IzumiIgnis Assault is basically ARAM.

@@IzumiIgnis ik it was funny af lol, in lategame as nemesis you destroy him tho

Those people that are overtly perverted gets extremely annoying after about 2min grow up but nice video dude
Anubis way better than Nasus

Yeah go back to arena buddy
you tried a incomplete game, to judge it... the game should have never released into open beta. its missing too many base utility that smite 1 has.
